Today May 14th, I ordered chicken wings from Monaco and asked them to put mild sauce on the wings. But they did not put any sauce on the wings.When I called back to complain. The store manager was very nasty. He told me that the cook made mistake and there is nothing he can do about it.
Hidden gem! Was looking for a sit down dinner with the wife and found this place on Google maps. It’s in a strip mall and looks like a rough pizza place from the front. Almost didn’t go in, but glad we did. Nice sit down area in the back and the paninis were amazing! Super friendly staff. Really surprised and impressed.
Amazing local restaurant with a delicious menu and great customer service. My favorites from here are the Chicken Roll and the Meatball Hero. Another top favorite are the Garlic Knots with Mozzarella. As I live close by to here and other restaurants in the area, this place is always a top favorite!
Really great pizza, I will use these guys again, although they seem a little disorganised with getting orders ready.

It was meh. Some discrepancies between trying to order online and calling store directly. Food was meh, service was meh. Wouldn't go back if I was in the area again.
The food is average for a Long Island pizzeria, but is not worth it, as it is EXTREMELY overpriced, even by Long Island’s standards. The staff also forgot two parts of our order, so we had to wait longer than expected to pick up our order. That would have been okay, but the price is just too high. If you’re looking for pizza in the Hicksville area, try DiMaggio’s Pizzeria. They’ve got better food at a more reasonable price.
Monaco’s is EXTREMELY over priced, the food is average at best. The hero’s are very small in comparison to other pizzerias in the area. On top of all of this they forgot some of our order and we had to go back, it is not worth it, especially again because of how over priced it is. DiMaggio’s in Hicksville is one hundred times better if you are looking for a good pizzeria.
OMG..I just got a slice of what I think is heaven... their Calafornia pizza....just so delicious....wow
Horrible! I will never eat there again! If I could have given zero stars I would have-2 slices, one Buffalo and one regular,$7.60!. Not even nearly as good as Buon Gusto by Levittown post office and $2.00 more. Never again!
