Always super fast even when I'm here late at night. Fries are ALWAYS hot
Decent restaurant. Food is usually made well but they've messed up a good number of orders especially during lunch. The restaurant itself is clean and recently renovated.Update: They're still hit or miss with the orders but I keep coming back.
I swear I appreciate the fast food industry and the workers. This place has to be the most horrible McDonald’s I ever been too the service here is terrible I wanted 15 minutes and to still get no service I was the only person there lady only taken care the drive thur and another person packing food up lady asked me did I get service I told her not yet and she walked off to continue to pack the food and go to the drive thur window waited another 5 minutes and decided to walk out. I hope there is management who wants this service to become better because this is horrible customer service. I only can imagine others being treated this way when we just want food and to be serviced correctly don’t just take our money provide good customer service as well.
Well it's been a while I went to m.ds and things have changed, very disappointed in the food quality for both of us,never again,,
They didn't had the toy they were promoting & at the time they should have. I don't go to much to McDonald's & had a bad experience most for My Kids...
Horrible experience. They come up with their own rules. Went in the afternoon to buy oatmeal with my daughter and I was told that oatmeal is a breakfast items and wasn't sold after that. Which is not true. Oatmeal is sold all day long as per headquarters. I then asked to purchase a toy for my daughter from the stitch collection and I was then told that I had to purchase a meal otherwise I couldn't purchase it alone. Everywhere else, the toy can be purchased separately and its even scannable for purchase separately... the staff was not acomodating and I had to explain to my crying 8 year old daughter why this was happening. I will never eat there again... so much for neighborhood restaurant. I will be calling headquarters again on this.
I ordered a large fry, plain cheeseburger, and medium coke. the large fry was half filled and it was the wrong soda... i usually never like posting bad reviews but this is not the first time they've messed up a simple order for me
I purchased two sausage egg mcmuffins and only got one. Never got the receipt . On the drive through it clearly said 2 sausage mcmufffins. I was charged for 2 . Also very slow service .
1. Praise for the shift manager2. Date: 11/20, 5:15 pm (and on numerous (at least five) past recent occasions during evening rush (!)3. Events: repeatedly performs at this level4. Nature: this person is a “super-star;”5. Please let the district manager and franchise group manager know6. I frequent fastfood places at least 700 times a year…at least now that dining is open…I hope that this gentleman never transfers or quits…he truly does everything that the regular crew is meant to do…and much more…in assurance that all of our dining and dining -in needs are met..Keep it up..!
Order sweet tea... go tea bag placed in water..nothing sweet about it...the apple pie seemed like it had been microwave beyond having any filling left. Meal was disappointing
