Our order was not quite filled correctly but was straightened out by the manager. Thank you! I understand people make mistakes, we are all human and I am fine with that.The bathrooms on the other hand needed lots of attention, lots of attention. What I cannot understand and will not accept are people who do not perform their duties in maintaing a clean bathroom at an eating establishment.
If you go to the drive-thru make sure you not only get all your food, but make sure you get utensils, napkins & butter/syrup if you order pancakes. We had ordered 2 pancake dishes they gave us 1 fork, 1 butter, and 1 syrup! I had to park the car and go into the place to get our extra sides. We were eating on the go & not near home otherwise I wouldn't have needed to go back for extra sides. But that was just annoying. Plus by the time I got back to my car my food was already cold.
Normal McDonald's food, no issues there. This location always gives old happy meal toys so it's just a bummer for the kids.
EMPLOYEE WENT FROM BEHIND COUNTER AND INTO THE BATHROOM. I just happen to go in after her.SHE DID HER *BIG THANG* IN THAT STALL, ***THEN WALKED OUT OF BATHROOM WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS, AT ALL!!!!!***JUST DISGUSTING....
Got an ice cream through drive thru wasn't greeted.and didn't even get a napkin had to ask for one. Attention to detail is very important.
Excellent service thru drive thru. Had to wait as they didn’t have fries ready, but overall very short wait as the nice lady ran out to my car with the order!
Usually when I go to most McDonald's, the quality of my food is subpart, expected from fast food. But here it was the good old McDonald's I remember having as a kid, the fries tasted just right, they got my order right, and they got it out fast on a tray. The store was clean, spacious, and nostalgic. I will be coming here again when I am looking for a good McDonald's experience.
Ordered a Bacon Mc Double without cheese and I received. Two burgers and two strips bacon on a plain roll without pickles and ketchup! Why can’t they do what I ask?. Why can they get it right, is it because they can not understand English or are they stupid? Had to go back to the store and complain about this, on this very cold day! They gave me a new one! And I had to ask for a free fries for my trip and aggravation! If they had offered me something for free, I would have given them 2 stars! When I go to Chic-f-lay. if I have to wait for extra time for my order or they will give you a free item or even a meal!
Says open 24 hours. A car in front of me at 130 AM waited ten minutes. No one said anything to them and they drove off. I drove up and waited a few minutes and nothing. Drove up to the window and the lady basically said she wasn't serving us. Shook her shoulders and was so mean. Honestly going to Jericho for now on.
The worst McDonald’s at night times you can spend 30-45 mins waiting on the Drive thru.Today I have exactly 25 mins and have not moved an inch…..,Please hire more people to serve the community at night.
