Good menu options, tasty food. Slow service and moderate to high prices though. Loved the chicken tandoori momo and fish coconut curry. Tandoori chicken was okayish , would have preferred it skin less and thoroughly cooked. Biriyani was decent. Chilli paneer was not so good. Loved the masala soda
One of the best restaurant in NY if you like Indian Chinese dishes. Drums of heaven (Appetizer) and chilli chicken are my favorite. Also they have great cocktails as well.
The Staff is super RUDE and food is not up to the service.Don’t went to this restaurant. My friends had a party planned there we booked the hall for big celebration and paid for everything in advance so that we don’t have any issues during party BUT the owner asked for extra charges for no particular reason and the there’s HUGE food shortage after asking for food that we paid for they started arguing and abusing us and started the flight and RUINED the PARTY.The are wroth Zero stars
Post Covid most restaurants have lost staff, chefs or their taste. Thankfully Lotus is not one of them. Service can be slow due to staffing issues but food is very authentic Punjabi/North Indian. I picked up an order that turned out to be super spicy. Spoke to the owner and he replaced the entire order with less spice. Thank you.
My husband and I went there a couple of weeks ago but the food and service were sooo good that even after weeks, im still thinking abt it and thought I’d I write a quick review :)We were served by Sachin. Sachin was immensely helpful! I have certain allergies and he went back to the kitchen a couple of time to make sure the ingredients I’m allergic are not part of my entrée. He also made helpful suggestions and was very tentative. The good did not fail either! We got chicken tikka masala as one of our entrees and surprisingly it was finger licking good! The drinks were spot on and delicious! They did NOT sting out on the alcohol lol. Totally recommend this place!!
Sachin was my server today and he was a great server. Very friendly and provided a good dish recommendation and checked up on me regularly with out being over bearing. The mixed chicken tandori platter was recommended and it was an awesome dish.
Came here for a family dinner. Great atmosphere and energy inside. Impeccable service. Our server was Sachin, he was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us. The food was amazing. Great quality, authentic, and large selection. Thank you Lotus Asian Fusion!
Went here to celebrate my birthday with my family because I was craving Indian food. The food was amazing and our server Sachin went above and beyond to make our experience special! 10/10 would recommend
Absolutely delicious North Indian & Asianfusion food. Probably the only Indian restaurant offering nut free food, soy tandoor dishes, North Indian & Fusion Chinese food.Well prepared with just the right amount of spices & flavors. Super courteous & friendly service took care of our group. Recommend for groups, with a full bar, cocktails, mouth watering apps and fun relaxed time. Will be returning for more, there are lots of good choices on the menu, have to come back to try more.
If I could give zero stars I would. Me and my best friend were looking forward to dining here on a Sunday evening, when my friend originally walked in they told her it would be 10 mins for 2 people. As I walked in after parking they approached us and said they unfortunately did not have space for 2 people. They said they only had 6 person table available and 4 person table available. We looked around and no one was waiting, the place looked fairly empty.I asked if we could sit at one of those tables that were available and they said no.Very disappointed by this service, as I walked out I reminded them that they just lost business by not seating us.Me and my friend ended up going to Chili & Curry instead and it was delightful!0/10 do not recommended Lotus.
