Went to kirans place to have biriyani n i kept searching for pieces n wen I confronted them...they r like its boneless chicken so its mixed with it...It looked like its grinded together with the rice..when I asked them I don't c pieces ,their response was that they can see it....We said ok, ate it n left ....n that moment v decided v r never going bk ....
Lamb Vindaloo was awful. The lamb was tough, no spice, no flavor, tasted like a bland beef stew. No exaggeration, the mint chutney that came with the bread was spicier. Chicken Korma was just as bland. Naan completely lacking salt. Butter chicken tasted like canned marinara sauce with cream added. Worst Indian food I have ever had in my life.
Very good. Not very busy. Customer service is epic. They have native English speakers. Very quite and calm for a dinner night out. It is somewhat of a low key place. But they make up for everything else with delicious food!
Okay, first of all - they need to get rid of the lady who answers the phone ALL THE TIME, aka KIRAN the owner, and gives attitude. You are driving your customers away, you are not nice and it’s time you brush up on customer service skills. Also, you do not follow any special notes on delivery orders and people spend their hard earned money to enjoy a fulfilling meal. She can’t handle pressure but also wants to be there controlling everything. I will say, her son is excellent and he needs to take over. This lady expects to take peoples money and give attitude, the audacity. STOP PICKING UP THE PHONE AND ARGUING WITH PEOPLE. Thank yourself for this review, enough is enough.
Helping is small. We ordered three gravy vegetarian dishes and there was mostly gravy and hardly any vegetables in the dish. Not worth it. Breads are good though

worst experience ever in my life. staff needs to improve their attitude. they didn't give us any last call or anything and said kitchen is closed and staff went home. I asked them i ordered curry how i can eat that without bread or anything he said sorry but i can only give you rice.
