Beautiful place! The minute you walk in you feel welcomed, a very lovely place. My sister and I never experienced this type of food but the lamb menu looked so go on line I wanted to go.The waitress was so friendly and helpful.I was so conflicted what appetizer to get when I asked for her suggestion she said the pumpkin. That happened to be one of the three I was thinking about. Wow so delicious. My sister had the lamb Tikka with white rice ( I suggest brown rice, better) with the carrots and raisin.even if you don’t like raisins the flavor of carrots is tasty and the lamb mouthwatering . I had babenjan chalou sautéed eggplant with lamb with brown rice. There was no photo so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It’s almost like a stew. It was filled with deliciously cooked eggplant and lamb pieces. So yummy! To set off a fantastic meal we had a homemade Afghan pudding Firnee. It was delicious and refreshing. I had planned to go get ice cream afterwards but that pudding so satisfied my pallet.Have an adventure right here in Hicksville.

Great food and matching hospitality. Awshak and Jujeh Kabobs.

Kind staff, very delicious food. Worth to visit in future. I really recommend it ?

Just an okay place. Food quality is pretty much comparable to food truck. White sauce is too salty. Honestly food wasn’t what you would expect from an afghani restaurant. Kinda disappointed at the food quality. If you wanna eat food cart in a restaurant, this is the spot.

My hubs and I broke our fast there. Very halal and clean. Very nice lil restaurant. I would definitely recommend and I would return. 4 stars only bc although my lamb curry was great, it was a little too salty and so was my partners dish. Friendly staff. Ramadan Mubarak

The food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the mood for Afghan. It is family owned and they make you feel like family.

Food was okay, not bad. I got the CHICKEN KOBIDEH KABOB entree. Flavor was just okay. Not that great. They seemed to have raised their prices from what you see on google images but their website has the updated prices. Restaurant is kinda small but comfortable.

We have been here many times, and have loved the experience every time. The ambience is relaxing, service is efficient, kebabs are spectacular. Definitely go for the side upgrade - replacing the plain white or brown rice with Kabuli pulao or Berries Pulao.

Place is really nice if you want to try Afghani food. This was my first time eating Afghani food and I was quite impressed. I highly recommend this place.

The owner is gross ? The food is even grosser he served us old kababs, rice, salad. I wouldn’t eat their food even if it’s free. Very nasty. FOOD POISONING . My family and I were sick for 3 days. Had stomach pain and had to take pepto bismol. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! ? he charged $100 for 4 orders and the chicken kabab comes in only 1 skewers… Come in on your own risk on health and he wears no mask. No wonder this place is empty. He’s soooo depressing the music he plays even more depressing ?
