Worst manager - Ricardo - the one who cuts u off to hear him repeat what u said when ur mid explainingElias- district manager- ooofff another mess..This place is a dirty low blow facility. Took 6x my info for someone to call me back for my refund and no one did it so I had to get nasty… blame me?What I saw when I went to pick up just at the servers station … is disgusting … I’m not getting into thereBut place is run like a joke and poor training

Cydney was our waitress amazing service. Very attentive. I give her a 10. The food was also very good well accept for my scramble eggs they were over cooked. They weren't light and fluffy. The restaurant could be cleaner but you won't leave because it's not that bad and it doesn't stink. Alot of young employees which was a bit different for me. Lol. They seem to work well together. At least that shift. Staff was friendly as well. I will attend this restaurant again. Hopefully I recieve the same welcoming and pleasantly good food.

This is a great place to go for a quick bite, although lines do get very long on the weekend. Prices are decent. They could do a little better on cleaning the sticky tables

Most important for me is services when it come up with the restaurant. The food is always the same like McDonald's.But -homemade quality-This time everything was perfect!! (2022)

Pancake and Omelette feast hit the spot for brunch that day!

Great service, excellent food, couldn't ask for a better experience at IHOP!

Our server was just phenomenal. Very Professional and respectfully friendly.

Service was slow, pancakes were cold, hash browns were hot but raw. Very clean though. Everyone is super friendly

I called to place an order for pick-up and I had immense difficulty communicating with the employee who answered the phone due to their and I quote, “Bad store landline”. He misheard everything I ordered, therefore, I called from another phone to which the same associate claimed that he heard me much better. Fast forward to pick-up and opening my food at home that I ever so craved, I was disappointed to find no napkins, no utensils, no syrup and no ketchup. I ordered Tres Leches pancakes and was not surprised but disappointed to find bland funfetti/birthday pancakes. A call to let me know they were out of Tres Leches (if that were even the case) would suffice. Lastly, I couldn’t even enjoy my over medium ordered eggs because there was a short black hair (arm hair, or possibly facial hair) right in the middle of my two eggs. This experience not only made me lose my appetite but made the decision to never eat at this location again very easy.

On Sunday the 26th of December I ordered through the website for pick up. I get to the place and they told their system was down. Ok I can wait, it was 45 minutes later and my ordered had not been started.I asked them and they seem to be upset that I asked them. All I ordered was a breakfast sampler. The place looked like chaos, the tables were empty and they were telling people it qould be a 45 to 1 hour wait? Why when the tables were empty? They said their phones dint work and the system was down for the food, the food line was full of food.Let me suggest eat at home first so by the time they sit you, you will be hungry again.
