Was in this shop a month ago. Went up to the counter, waited for cashier to acknowledge me. He proceeded to take my order and a cook said we're closed. I was confused as it was only 7pm and dude didn't elaborate, cashier looked scared. I said w u t ...and he said they ran out of buns so they are closing. Really awkward. 2 stars not 1 because there were 5 guys behind the counter (I counted because I'm autistic)
Went there 3times and always the older Latino guy who makes the fries put way too much salt.
The hamburgers, french fries and the peanutswas to salty to eat. We had to throw everything out. Money down the drain.Never again will I buy from you'II again.
I agree the prices are getting steep for a chain, but it was good and the service was extremely friendly, so I have no real complaints
There food is always great never a problem.My issue is with the pricing it has gottenout of control. It is cheaper to go out toa restaurant have a sit down meal andtip and still be cheaper.

?burgers were not even seasoned. A lil salt please. Everytime I think of why I ate there I can taste the burger still?
Sadly the Carle Place location closed down for good. Yes they were open during the height if the pandemic but sadly a few weeks ago we noticed it was gone. This location is closest to us and we were craving the fries and hamburger. Simply delicious. The cashier was very nice and was helping out the kitchen staff as it was slightly busy. Everything was piping hot and everything was made to order.
Love their burgers. Because of covid, they have limited in house seating. We went on the early side so seating wasn't a problem. All the staff wore masks. I would definitely recommend and definitely go back.
