VERY SLOW SERVICE. ONLY TWO PEOPLE SERVING 20 PEOPLE ON SAT BUSY WEEKEND. THEY HAVE TO BE VERY PROFATIONAL. THEY MESS UPALL ORDERS 365 DAYS A YEAR. PLUS ITS JUST BE SIDE LIRR HICKSVILLE STSTATION.
Completely mess up my order every time I come here, a caramel Frappuccino without Caramel and whipped cream. Wasted $10 on bitter coffee Also you tell them to use certain milk and they totally dismiss it. So I had to throw it out
The most pathetic dunkin… Ordered a cappuccino with almond milk and they gave me with regular milk instead.. and when I told them .. they still handed me over the one with regular milk.. had to literally throw it because I am allergic to regular milk
Please Check your receits. They just need a excuse to charge you extra I collected 10 days receit of a simple coffee and it has 3 different charges from $2:96 to $4:21. Bathroom never has a hand soap so don't know how they clean their hands. I am not going there anymore and beware of the additional charges.
Workers were rude and disrespectful.
Everything I asked for they didn't have. Had to settle for an iced coffee. Employee looked like he didn't want to be there and the floors were dirty and sticky. Maybe get more people in to help.
By 3pm all the good items are sold out..to much ice in the iced coffee..
OMG. I WAS feeling nauseous. i decided to go and find out whats the PRICE for a cup on ice. Mine you is 70 degrees out. The sercice of this branch told me 1$. i had no problem paying but i was in shock with the price and the oweds written on the receipt saying i paid for 3 " munkins". i questioned it and they said to me" RUDELY and LOUD " IF I DONT LIKE IT i can get back my money..I am very UPSET and DISGUSTED ' afro such treatment!

I come to this outstanding restaurant often since I like the ambiance that is exist in this place. The team is extremely welcoming and professional. The service is awfully fast. Most important, the food they cook is excellent. I visited many times and I was always satisfied. The expense is decent. I recommend this restaurant to to everybody.
