The worst experience I ever had with Dominoes. The customer service is horrible. There was a guy in there coughing while making the pizza. I ordered I handmade pizza when my pizza arrived my crust was the thinnest crust I’ve ever seen. I called to try to get a new one made and I was on hold for 30 minutes before someone answered the phone. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOES.
0 freaking stars if I could. I ordered a 50 dollar order a few months back and still never got my refund. They sent it to the wrong address in a whole different town and when I told them to either make my order again or give me a refund they put me on hold for 20 minutes until I ended the call. They did the same after I called again the next day until I kept trying and trying again and realized they must’ve flagged my number so no one can pick up.I say a few months back because I can’t even order on the phone anymore till this day they don’t pick up my number. I called from a different number and ding ding they pick up right away.
Ordered delivery when we had snow storm 2wks ago... never received order... went in person to see what happened and I was told deliveries were canceled and refunded... After about a week of waiting, my money was not refunded... went in person again and employee texted the manager about this, texted my receipt and info... still have not been contacted by the manager nor received my money back.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Never purchase food from this location. Location deserves to be shut down. Employees write down your credit card information to use personally for fraudulent use. Employees are extremely rude to customers and touch the food with their bare hands after touching their mouth and nose. Save your money and go else where, not worth the aggravation.
Ordered at 11:30 and paid on the app using a debit card but when the delivery driver got here he said that it was not paid. He went back to the car and then back to the door and told us that it went through late but it was paid. At 1:30 in the morning we woke up to someone slamming on the door. After 5 separate knocking attempts we answered the door to the delivery driver from earlier telling us that our payment did not go through and that we had to pay. We were never called on the number we left on the app or emailed. No contact attempt was made before a driver was slamming on our door in the middle of the night. This is absolutely unacceptable. You cannot come banging on someone’s door hours after their order was delivered this late at night, especially not without attempting to contact us first.
Do not order from this place .. food is nasty ! ?? REMEMBER Indians work there ???
This location is always very fast and has never sent an incorrect order. I'm lucky to have a very good Domino's location.
We've tried ordering from here twice; two very simple hand-tossed pizzas each time. 0/4 of these pizzas were made with the garlic crust; this store seems to skimp out on it every time. (One of our pizzas also had A TON of really gross air bubbles on it.)Skip this Domino's!!
My order was incorrect and 1 pizza was cold. They do not answer the phone. The button to make a deceivers insurance claim is grayed out.
I used to love coming here, but this place has gone downhill. I went to pick up an order and waited at the counter for 5 minutes while the employees just ignored me. The delivery drivers only cared about their deliveries and the pizza makers were busy. The service is lousy and the employees act like you're bothering them just by being there.
