Ordered a week ago and ordered again today, last week I ordered at 8:30, went to pick it up at 9:30, was told that it would take another hour or 2, ended up canceling and ordering from pizza hut. Today I ordered, took over an hour to finish, tried to call, waited for 5 minutes just to talk to someone and confirm my order.Ive ordered from this dominos many times in the past but before, the pizza was always ready in 30 minutes. When i went to pick it up, I always gave them the name, but suddenly they dont take names anymore, only phone numbers and order numbers. What is going on?And if its going to take over an hour to get food, the website should definitely reflect this more accurately. How am I supposed to order form here if it takes forever to get my food?
Very very bad experience!!!!! I ordered my pizza about 1 hour ago online for delivery. My kids were waiting for the pizza and I went on the website to track the order and it was on the preparation mode for 1 hour no one even tried to make the order since 1 hour ! I then had to go to store cause no one was answering the phones. The guy tells me it’s still not done it we haven’t made it yet omg. Seriously. I canceled my order ! Then came home. Unprofessional service. Very slow and doesn’t look like the workers care much. Never ordering from here again!
We ordered lava cakes, cheese bites and 16 wings. We received some kind of cooked chicken bits, cakes and cheese bites. I tried calling for 45 minutes no response. I got in my car and drove there, still on hold, got there and was treated like I did something wrong and had to sit there for almost 20 minutes.Was not given one curtosey or apology.I get home and the wings are not cooked.
Pathetic experience. The app showed me my order will be ready in 20-25 min. I went there after 15 minutes and they didn’t even start on my order. I asked them why the app shows 20-25 minutes when it would take an hour. Instead of apologizing, the guy threatens me that they will now take more time now.finally, the burnt the pasta.
Worst customer service and people work there are so rude .ordered two pizza and they delivered one pizza for $25 please do not buy from this location they don’t care
This dominos has significantly improved recently and I am happy to revise my review. There used to be a lot of problems with slow delivery and other issues but has improved greatly. If you need dominos, go for it.
Definitely a good Domino's store.Hundred times better experience than Papa John's store in Hicksville.It's easy to order online and the delivery service is excellent.They deliver piping hot Pizza's all the time.The customer service is good too.I have always liked Domino's pizza for their unique styled pizza toppings, flavors and sauces.Overall very good service and quality.
The representative had a fight w the person picking up our order. That’s no way to treat a paying customer the paid bill was over $100.00
Website claims they deliver till 1am. I ordered at 11:58pm and my order confirmed. They never delivered it and I called a few times, no answer. Again, I called the next day, guy on the phone told me he doesn't see my order and he can't refund something he doesn't see. He was rude and this place already has tons of reviews for the same issue. I have to argue the charge with my credit card company.
Order delivery of 2 pies and an order of wings for my staff and 2 hours later the driver called once and it was hard to understand becuase my buisness is loud so I went to a quieter place and asked for the driver to repeat himself and he said "okay" and hung up. I kept calling back over 20 times to speak with the driver and was placed on holds with the store. Eventually the phone would ring and then hang up like they were purposefully avoiding my call. The driver stayed around the delivery area on the map for maybe an hour doing god knows what then marked the delivery as complete despite never reaching us. Horrible experience. I hadn't seen the review becuase I'm used to order dominos with no issue at my home store. This was disgusting tho.
