So many people posted about this place on FB that I decided to try it myself. Ordering online was ridiculously easy, and just as easy to leave special instructions ("Not Spicy"). The gentleman that gave me my order was so pleasant and gave me a $5 coupon "for next time". The food was beyond delicious! The egg roll was fresh and not greasy at all. The Cheese Crabmeat Wonton didn't look like the ones I was used to but it was ALL FLAVOR! Now for the entrée: I LOVE General Tso's Chicken, but I don't like the gristle that some restaurants have. I also don't like the ones that are overcooked and crunchy. Not so at CLOUD. All white meat chicken, not a spot of gristle; I didn't need a knife, I cut everything with my fork. The breading was as tender as the chicken without being mushy. Value? I had to look twice at the bill. I ordered a combination platter that came with Pork Fried Rice, General Tso's, and a Pork Egg Roll for $9:50. The portions in other restaurants are usually medium for a combination plate. This was quite large and I couldn't finish it; I'll have a tasty lunch for work tomorrow. Don't hesitate for as long as I did. Go! I can't wait to go return!!

I really really like this place!360* All the way Around!! Starting with; the very pleasant voice taking your order, and how spotless this place is, it's clear sanitation is a priority. This relays that they care. In my opinion, great customer service counts 50%. The food is fantastic, very deftly prepared by expert hands. Nothing covered in gluey, bottled, sauces. Chef let's the very fresh & very clean flavors come through; you can taste the care and pride taken to offer customers delicious choices. This is NOT the usual, run of the mill takeout, there's no comparing to others . Fortunately, they are close by but I would happily travel. If looking for something different & delicious, give Cloud a try, you won't be sorry.

Cloud Asian is the best Chinese food place to order from their vegetable dumplings are amazing. They are freaking delicious and the Ramen is also delicious 10 out of 10

This is definitely the place if you want great Chinese food! They do a combination of a few varieties of dishes, Thai, noodle bowls etc. everything is fresh and delicious!
Three times I ordered from their website, but each time I go to pick up my food, even arriving late, I'm told "sorry, we didn't notice you ordered. Now that I look, i see you did order.... Please wait 10 minutes and we will start your order right now". Despite this each time, I had to wait 15 minutes. Their solution was to give me a coupon, but it turned out to be even less than the coupon on their website available to everyone! Another time they said they'd discount me 5 dollars.... But I pointed out that I had already tipped them that amount on my order. So... no discount?I tried ordering by phone, but they completely left out a full-size shrimp fried rice from my order.
