I have no idea why people claim this place has good customer service. It used to at one time but Chick-fil-A could care less if you leave them. I have no idea who runs this place but it seems like the kids run it. I can be waiting 15 minutes with no one in front of me and not one person would ask me if I am being helped. Chick-fil-A is overrated for sure.
Horrible experience after sitting at the window for a odd amount of time we finally received our milkshake. Then asked to drive over to the main parking lot with our hazards on and they would bring the food outside. To make matters worse their is no one in the drive through and maybe 5 or 6 cars on the parking lot! It’s been 10 minutes. Sad!
Favorite go to for me is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Pepperjack Cheese.The only thing holding back from a five star review is that lately those sandwiches have been coming out just warm not hot.
awesome place!! 1st time going, used the app! brought food right to me! had outlets to charge my phone! saw cleaning of tables right after seating to fight covid.must say tho the chicken sand was good, it was a bit smaller than at KFC. and idk why ppl insisted on using the drive thru, which was PACKED! I just parked, walked in, and took only a couple min.
Home of the best chicken sandwich, and chicken biscuit sandwich. Remember breakfast ends at 10:30am, and ask for honey to add to the biscuit.
Awesome food but the lines are ridiculous. People are waiting for half an hour just to go into order. And the cars are lined up up around the corner

I love this place. It reminds me. When I was Down South. Need more of these . Professional service. I appreciate. When I see a chick FIL A. In the North. like in long island. I'm going back Down South. It has the Southern Hospitality. I need. Over here. Everyone is on Auto tune. No brain of there own. No common sense. I did fast food. Work. In Atlanta Georgia. At 15 years old and 16. In the summer. I need a Franchise of my own. It's a shame. What I see and experience these days. In Brooklyn, queens, long island. Only down south. Got it figured out. Peace
Good food, and generally fast service. It's always packed but moves along quickly.
