Low quality workers. The cashier took his time acknowledging me and when he finally does he rudely proceeds to ask me: "what do you want?" No wonder you work here buddy and probably always will. Zero social skills. Its incredible how these individuals fail to realize that the customer is the sole reason why you are in business and acquire your pay check. Get these guys out of here! They do not deserve this job! Give it to people who will actually appreciate it and treat people with dignity, instead of as a bother. Hire people who actually want to work. Absolutely despicable.
The first time I went there I ordered a meal with cheese fries and when I got home they had bacon on them and I do not eat land meat. Also the guy behind the counter that works there in the day was very rude and disrespectful. The second time I went there was a few days ago. I ordered a sandwich and when I got home I saw that he had rolled the paper into the inside of the sandwich bread with the contents of the sandwich melted into it, so basically I had to take out half what was inside because it had paper in it melted. He tucked half of the paper into the sandwich. The sandwiches are great when done right

The food is good. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. The worst part is I don't even write reviews like that but Im hoping corporate sees this.. The guy behind the counter was so rude. He worked Monday afternoon shift at Broadway mall. He was so bothered that we were ordering food. I asked for extra mayo that was a problem, i told him I wanted fries that was a problem. This mall already doesn't get that much foot traffic so for you to add poor customer service ontop of it, is poor judgment. I'm sorry but I'll just go to Roosevelt field mall next time.
Excellent and fresh food, I like the ambience this place has, and the cashiers were friendly. I will surely come back again.

I read the reviews before giving my own, just to make sure I was going to be fair, not gonna lie the food is good, but the service from the employees will always and forever be a negative zero to me.....mike and Margaret were on duty, only had 2 customers and could not handle the place, clearly they both need training but more than anything they need to work on there attitude mike as the boss has no business in the service industry, I spend $30 dollars on 3 sandwiches that could have cost $12, the rest of it went towards the disrespectful behavior of the employees, do not go there, there is other choices and better service right next to this location.
Always hot and delicious food prepared fresh while you wait. Nice personal service by the staff who care enough to ask all the correct questions to ensure a perfect eating experience.
Love it. My favorite sandwich with everything on it oh my God a taste that you can never explain.
The place was clean, the employees were attentive, and the philly steak with cheese and jalapeño peppers was delicious!
