Standard chain restaurant tickled inside Broadway Mall. I like Buffalo over Hurricane and most of the non-chain places in the area. Their wings are the right size, right crispiness, right number of sauce and dry rub options. Not our favorite Buffalo location in the area - we prefer the calmer, more family friendly ambience of the Farmingdale location. This location is convenient when all we want is a quick take-away to meet our wings cravings.
We were at the Hicksville location on 5/4 . We were seated and then we had to wait more than 30 min for anyone to come and take the order. No one stopped by us to take the order . Then we had to call the manager and his name was chuck. He was very disrespectful to us and asked us to leave for no reason. And then we waitress ( Madison) stopped by and asked us what can we get we ordered she never got the order it and then we asked her she ignored us and never got us any plates. The whole experience was bad and I would never go to bdubs because of just this incident .
It is unfortunate that I must write this review as I’ve had many fond memories here over the years. My party entered and was immediately greeted by sticky menus, inconsistent drink offerings compared to the farmingdale location and an outrageous price scale. The 6 boneless wing price is simply a ripoff to coat their loses for 50% wing specials on Tuesday and Thursday. Even so after this meal I went to hooters and got 10 wings for cheaper than BWWs 6!. Back to the experience; the street tacos were horrible honestly lower quality than Taco Bell and insanely small! The queso dip came with barely enough chips to enjoy the dip and the fried pickles ended up giving me a stomach ache from possibly old oil. Beer advertisements are left up such as a Pabst blue ribbon one that isn’t available, tables are left with snacks and drinks that aren’t served inside. Kids come in from the mall to relax and make noise. It was just a horrible experience. I haven’t been to this location in years and possibly won’t be back for a few more.
It's the first time I've come to this restaurant and the person who greets you was a young, short, thin guy who didn't say hello, he simply told me what you need? and I told him that a table for three. He told me there are no tables available, if you want you have to wait 30 minutes and I said ok. 3 times I told him my name to reserve my table and he just turned around and told me spell it for me! not very nice. My husband told him, please write down my cell phone number, we will be outside waiting because they have nowhere to sit. we left and time passed he called us but my husband did not hear the call that appeared as a missed call. We walked in immediately and my husband told him you just called me and he just said yes and no one answered me so you already lost your table. I just told my husband let's get out of here. We really like the place and it's not the first time we've eaten there, but today (03/27/22) was the first time they didn't serve us well.
Sent my bone in wings back twice. Over cooked yet cold. Sauce just plopped on not spun how they should be. Manager acted if I was crazy and I should enjoy the over cooked wings served Luke warm…. He said they are cooked for 12 minutes…. Then how can they be over cooked and Luke warm? He looked at me stunned. Considering also I was one of 5 others in the place, the excuse of being busy wasn’t gonna cut it. Kitchen staff as well as the enormous chubby manager needs to seek life elsewhere.
I order búfalo wings whit cheese stick the cheese stick was good . But the wing was disgusting and they tasted like they were pre heated . And we wait long time for pick up
Every time I go they forget the bottled drinks. Because they seal their bags with such strong tape I had to rip the bag to check and show them. Then the drinks had to be gotten from a fridge and the order repacked. Definitely doable check you have all your items.
We decided to give Buffalo Wild Wings another try. The last time we had visited the Secaucus, NJ location, service and food was sub-mediocre at best. What a difference in service and how great the food tasted at this location. First and foremost, John was our waiter and deserves plenty of praise because of his energy and how great he was with our family. Not only with our table but with other patrons as well. He constantly checked on our table, along with others to make sure we were happy with our orders. Throw in the great tasting wings, onion rings, chicken burgers, cheeseburgers and it just made this visit worthwhile. We’re not out in Long Island too often, but next time we are and need a good spot to satisfy some wing cravings, this Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant will be our first option.
This bold guy I don’t remember his name but he talks very fast was very disrespectful and made my fiancée and I very rushed up and at the end of the night we went pay for our meal I got gift cards 3 in a pack and he said one of them were declined and he’s like sorry there for much we can do abs my fincee and I were not happy about it . Also when I ordered my wings he forgot my celery and I had to ask again for it I felt that this guy was taken advantage of us and trying to get his job done quick and I don’t recommend people going there anymore . I don’t recommend anyone going to this waiter because you will lose your gift’s cards .
