Great food, but very pricey for fast food chicken joint
Just now we picked up the food, the manager said someone already picked up. I ask her, do you double check already. She not even can give me answer, basically she refused to make new 1 & apologize. Because she give it to someone by mistake, she said she a manager. Yelling at me looks like she try abuse her power as a manager, please we need nice people not that kind arrogant. Horrible service, the Manager need learn how to respect with their customers…
Brian did an amazing job. I place a large order the night before for almost 40 people. He got every order correct, packed up everything with care, helped me load it in my car, and was super friendly. Everyone was happy!
Went in for lunch. Horrible. Not sure why or how this place is open? Wanted to try a sandwich, which they have on their menu. I was told they have no sandwiches???? After showing the gentleman it is on the menu, he finally said they have no bread??? Why open when you don't have half the items on the menu. Boxes all over the restaurant. Horrible. Will never go back.

For Thanksgiving our family ordered dinner from Boston.market ? turkey and all the trimming, Boston market makes the best ribs, chicken, there meatloaf is very good 5 stars to Boston market you made our holiday, special thanks to Bryan who took our order God ? bless stay safe
Their signature chicken was dry as the Sahara desert dry..lol the sides were delicious except for the rice. Rice was hard. Giving 2 stars for the side
