I'm getting to like this place more and more as I feel more comfortable asking them to customize stuff. They never actually complain about a single thing. It's a really good pizza. It's a nice quiet place in the late afternoon, and it's outside the mall so you don't have to go inside and deal with all the mall rats and the underdisciplined children running around. Add a star if you like pizza! ?
Quality pizza and amazing customer service! Ordered online and requested no olives. Picked up in store and there were olives on the pizza. The staff quickly made me a new pie and were very pleasant to deal with. I can understand why this happened, the receipt they use to make the pie lists the type and all the requested ingredients but makes no mention of what the items removed were. If you don't want something it might be wise to leave a note on your order to aid the staff.
I am giving them three stars as a courtesy. Usually coming to this location is quick, friendly, and clean. Today this was not the case. We were helped by who I am assuming was a manager, he had longer black hair and facial hair. I can understand having a tough day at work, but it is never appropriate to curse or exclaim in frustration about not being closed in front of customers. The gentleman cutting the pizzas was very kind. The counters were very dirty.
I'm done going to the Hicksville location. On 2 occasions I came to the store around 9:40pm and was told they are closed. I said they close at 10pm, and both times I was told they already cleaned up and put everything away. If the employees are going to clean up early so they can leave before the store actually closes then change the hours of operation so I don't have to waste a trip to order take out.
Didn't expect a pizza place that works like a Qdoba. It was fun. Pizza size was not bad. Will visit again with my kids.

I ordered a whitetop off of their menu and they gave me a regular pie with mushrooms, chopped up tomatoes, and BBQ sauce. If it was one topping I wouldn't care but it's a totally different pizza
Wonderfully tasty pizza with endless toppings for a great price. Service was great. Manager was very helpful. Came back a second time for a pickup and the online order was messed up and made us wait for awhile but they gave us an extra pizza to make up for it. New favorite pizza joint. Make sure you sign up for the app to get a free pizza after 10!Edit: I changed my 4/5 into a 5/5. I no longer eat pizza from anywhere else. I just can't get enough. My mom and sister loves it too. Those of you who seek Gluten Free food can choose their gluten free dough.Edit 2: I still love the pizza here but a few things bother me. Bathroom is in awful condition. No hot water to wash your hands, even though their own sign says to use hot water before going back to work. Soap dispenser doesn't work well or doesn't have any.The workers are great. Very friendly and helpful. When it's very busy your pizza is more likely to be overcooked. I personally don't like my pizza crust almost black. I try to order pizza during off hours. I'm assuming they jack up the oven heat to pop out more pizzas faster, thus overcooked pizza.Still my go to pizza joint.
Blaze. The Chipotle of Pizza. Always get the build your own, add as many toppings as your heart desires for around $10. The wait can be 10-15 minutes at busy times, but the pizza doesn't take long to bake. One of my favorite spots for lunch or dinner.
So let's start off by saying, sometimes it's the people serving you that make it all that much better...I arrived like 10min till close, staff cleaning up and getting ready to close... Ordinarily, these days, when a customer walks in at that time the staff is a bit annoyed, heck, they're ready to go home, right?Enter David... incredibly friendly, acted like I arrived middle of his shift and it was a slow day - happy to accommodate my special requests and well, just made a last minute dinner something to enjoy...Just needed to write to say "Thank You"...Whether he stays in the food service business or moves on to something else in the future, people like him are what make the difference in the "customer experience" and make customers want to return...Kudos- hope I'm not the only one to notice this...
