Excellent desi food ! Samoosas were great. Tried Halwa Puri there for the first time and it was awesome. Masala chai was also great as well as Mango Lassi.
The worst experience I ever had. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. Lack of customer skills. We wait to order food and make us wait half hour to take an order. She take order from people who came after us. She just favors people. We ordered pani poori. And waited for 30 mins. Once we got our order, it smelled really bad. They end up giving us spoiled food. Don't recommend this place.
I had methai shipped from them to Iowa for our son's Roka ceremony and needless to say I was very nervous. I was thrilled to receive fresh and most delicious beautifully packed assorted methai boxes. Kalakand, Kaju pista rolls, Urad daal pinnies, Kaju kettle were a big hit. The service I received from them was excellent. I would highly recommend them!
This is the second time I came to this place the first time I came to order something the lady is extremely rude she has no customer service skills and she Rush people for no reason she’s like oh “make up your mind”really that’s your customer service if you want customers!! please provide good customer service this is disgusting attitude for this business and the second thing is their credit card machine is never working every time you go there they have issue with the credit card machine so if you have an issue with the credit card machine it’s time you update the credit card machine because not everybody carry cash all the time specially when they are in hurry! It’s 2022 make some changes to your business if you want customers! Won’t be coming to this place again not when that rude lady is there so disappointed.
Extremely rude customer service, my family and I decided to go there for a bit to eat and after we were done I asked my kids and wife to stay outside while I waited to pay. One of the employees decided to go outside and ask if my kids paid yet, and then further went on to point me out in the payment line. I am dumbfounded by this behavior and advise you to not come to this restaurant.
I went yesterday with my family (9) to dine infor the first time (usually get sweets and samosas).Food was so good ( i got thali)and everyone enjoyed it.Prices are resonable, service is good, less wait time , clean ,friendly hard working staff especially the spanish lady who was so attentive to our table and made us feel so comfortable. The amount of people coming to get takeouts(a few dine in), is a proof why this place excels.I didnt take pics but for take out, i ordered some samosas, ladoo,Gajar Halwa.Yummy .I will go there again and would recommend this place to anyone .They have parking on the side of the building(a few feet away) unless u get lucky to get parking in front of the building .This review is coming from a foodie who is a non-veg too .??
We really enjoyed the yummy Indian variety food at Bengali Sweets . The owners and the staff are very friendly and courteous . The place is well organized , neat and clean!! Wish I could go there for brunch every Sunday !!
I bought some sweets from Bengali Sweet Shop last week and my experience was good. The girl at the counter was patient enough to tell us about the sweets. We took 2 kind of chamchams and they were so fresh and delicious, we also took kheer kadam, and dal kachoris. Kachori came with tamarind chutney and green chutney. I think their chutney is the best here around. Delicious and yumm. Would surely recommend them for sweets.
Ordered veg puff. They microwave and have not crusty they said. That’s way the give and customer has no problem.
Good food. Place is relatively dirty if you want to dine in…but the staff tries so hard. Service is quick. Take a look at their sweets section. The owner is a nice friendly person.
