Service was good; good was blah; they've lost their touch or maybe it was just out one meal (chicken broccoli alfredo - taste and warmth). Also, bring back the old toilette wet wipes; the current ones are too cheap... tears with every move.The appetizer was delicious and the only part of the meal that was hot.

Applebees is applebees, right? It's basic "fun dining" with basic food. Not remarkable, but not terrible, but that doesn't mean that it's not possible to stand out. We were given prompt and polite service buy a server who is always available and present when we needed, but did not hover. Our food was delivered quickly at the correct temperature with the correct modifications. I was greeted and sent off warmly by the host staff. All and all it was a perfect Applebees experience. Thanks guys
Food was good and the service was as good as it could be with the short staff. Not at all a complaint just really felt bad for the workers that looked so overwhelmed but kept a smile on their faces.
Foods are great but drinks are not that good. They use premix to make drinks..I had to return three times. Besides that the experiences we had was great!!
Warm and friendly. Food came promptly and was as described. Waitress was excellent.
We ordered takeout. It started with the person taking our order who couldn't comprehend our order then when we picked up our order and got home everything was ice cold and we live 2 minutes from the place . When we sat down to eat we realized that they forgot part of our order then we realized they messed up our order by putting things on the food we didn't want. When we called up to let them know they forgot part of our order the person said we know it's sitting here meanwhile they had our phone number and could of called but instead waited until we called and if we didn't they would of just keep our money and food. After we complained you would think they would offer a free desert or something to make up for the mistake. Then when we got back home to eat my daughters chicken fingers weren't cooked fully . The place used to be very good but it's going downhill .
I am so glad we went to Applebee's because the food is so good. We were to be celebrate a death in the family and did lot laughing and no one complained. Thank you for a wonderful night. We each had a different dish and I I be was all good.
Very convenient that they have menu marked with gluten free items. Good food and good service.
