Hempstead Popeyes is the worst!! Always get your order wrong. Way over priced and the mobile app conveniently does work at this location so your forced go to the restaurant and pay a higher price than if your orderd on the app. If you do get to order on the app check your before you leave because it's guaranteed to be wrong!!

Disappointing day. Using their app for $5 shrimp Tackle Box i believe it was called. At the register., displayed the app and promo. Before I could say another word. Egos of we don't have this nor that., only this., doesn't support $5 promo from the app. Only had popcorn shrimp., combo...$15.00., thank you., but no thank you. And Left. Went to another near by location. Told the same thing. Three a charm. Told the same. ?☹??
Went to Hempstead NY Popeyes to get the 10 piece special on 5/13. We took a large beans and rice as one of the sides. The beans and rice looks spoiled after removing the lid. I stir it with a spoon and I smelled it. It was watery, slimy and smelled horrible. It turned the family off from eating the rest of the food. I will not go to this Popeyes again. If we go to any other Popeyes, we will check the food before leaving. If I didn’t live so far, I would have returned everything and get my money back. I wonder what other spoiled food the Hempstead NY location is selling people?
The best Popeye store in the world. No other place better than this place. The service is beyond expectation.
Its a busy location, not enough staff, had to ask for my drink, came home only to find out my fish sandwich was missing. Put in a request to get a refund, hope I get it. But the rest of the food was delicious.

Ordered a 14 boneless piece meal. The chicken was a bit dry and they didn't give me one of my large sides. The biscuits seemed like they were from yesterday. I had gone here 2 days ago and the biscuit was great. Also ordered the chicken sandwich and a 2 piece meal which was good. Someone was off their game today.
Just ordered with uber eats and my delivery was missing one of the sandwiches. The bag was closed so I know it wasn't the driver's mistake. I paid but I didn't receive what I ordered. I tried to call repeatedly but noone answered.
