Me & Coworkers purchased lunch. Bland food, over cooked shrimp and Maybe the Driest “Mac n cheese” in the tri-state. They just boiled macaroni, added butter and store-brand bagged shredded cheese. Waste of moneyPlace wasn’t clean either. Better off eating at Bens Crab up the block.
Worst service I have ever experienced, dirty as hell, food is tasteless and dry. Never had Jamaican food this bad. Made me call the owner and tell him what I ordered for no reason.
I was only coming in to pick up an uber eats order and the manager gave me huge free samples to take home! Now thats how you bring a repeat customer in! The food was pretty bangin’!
My Grandson Trey has been talking to me about Patches Kitchen for weeks. It's a shock I can even write this cause I am so full. The food is so delicious and not SALTY ! Everything was so fresh- The Chicken wings with Honey Garlic sauce was so tasty as well at the Oxtails with rice and peas. Sweet plantains are a compliment. I must try the Rasta Pasta next time. This place is a must try ! Good job fellas !

OMG! The food was Delicious! It was my 1st time there. It was very clean and spacious. The young lady serving us was Super nice. The women in the kitchen were doing their Thing back there! You choose from a buffet table. You decided what you what and she'll put the food in the container for you. You can a little taste to see what you like. Everything that I tasted was Sooo Delicious that it was difficult to choose so my Hubby bought everything that we tasted for us and our family. They serve Oxtails and Stewed Chicken with your choice of Rice (which is what I chose?), Macaroni and Cheese from scratch, Rasta Pasta with or without shrimp, Seafood boils, Beans and rice, Plain white rice and More! They also serve a variety of drinks and last but certainly not least they have a variety of Delicious cakes for your sweet tooth! ? They definitely have the potential to be successful in Hempstead for a long time. If they fail... It had to have happen on the business aspect of it. It will Certainly Not be because of the food. We'll be going back very soon andi can't wait!?
Food was delicious i got the curry shrimp and it was amazing ? not only that the girl at the counter was super sweet and friendly. I’d definitely recommend ?
The food is good most of the time, some things they have are kinda dry. The only thing that really gets me is the pace of service honestly. But for what they are they're pretty good in their area and get busy during lunch time. But they should be around for a while.
It was okay. There’s better options on Long Island for authentic Caribbean food and tasty seafood. Delivery driver didn’t have a mask on which freaked me out.
