Food is great,but the service sucks,while they are all hanging out the customers have to get their attention just to order anything.

I have dined here many times, never had service so horrible as tonight. We waited more than 30 minutes for our drinks and empanadas. Then another 20 minutes for our meal. My husband’s milanesa was burnt no other way to describe it.. yet somehow bloody red inside!!!? The waitress even looked disgusted as they put his plate down, when she came around to offer more coffee and we declined she rolled her eyes and walked away as she saw my husband was taking these pictures. This is a shame this used to be a decent chain, We had a similar experience at their Brentwood location. Do better Mi Tierrita.
