The food I received did taste good. However I was missing an item from my order. When I tried to call the number was just busy. Mistakes do happen and if I would have been able to fix the situation it wouldn't be an issue. But as a delivery food servicer people need to be able to get through to try to fix the mistake. Instead I paid for an item not received.

Understaffed, completely mismanaged. No one to take drive thru orders. Must come inside to order, only one person on the register. Wasn't able to get lunch on my break completely wasted my time. Staff is rude.. Very poor customer service.. Stay away
This is a really bad place. I got treated bad by a employee. I got treated badly by a black lady. I don’t know how a place is open with people like this.
Poor customer service. I didn’t even get what I ordered and when trying to ask about it I got yelled at, forced to leave and they did nothing about it. The workers put zero effort in working. The manager who was an Indian was even eating while working and has no idea about social skills and problem solutions. Horrible place.
Missing half the order by the time we went back the fries were ice cold and greasy- the manager looked at us like we were a problem, gave us missing items refused to exchange the fries, said she couldn’t care less if we put a review in “it didn’t matter” again this was the manager -WTF #KFC
This was the worst experience of my life , I waited over a hour for them to make a fries biscuit and drink the door dash driver canceled twice waiting for them to fulfill this place terrible customer services they don’t answer dirty inside
