the worst Dunkin Donuts , worst Drive thru service and bathrooms the most disgusting thing i've ever seen in my life
This is the worst dunkin doughnuts to EVER visit. Half of the time the store is never open to get service. I drive all the way here just to pull into the drive thru and the person says something that I couldn’t hear and then never respond back to even allow me to order. I drive around to the window and no one is inside. This place needs to be shut down ASAP!!

They mess up orders and they didn't have anything I ordered through the app but they gave me replacements. They didn't follow the directions for my drinks.
Employees seem cool, took a little to long, should've more than one employee working. Clean, & overall good experience!
I visited this location on peninsula blvd today very hesitantly using the drive-through, as I do not like to use the drive through, the service is usually not good and orders are taking wrong. This was the total opposite of my experience at this store the service was excellent. Not only was the order taken correctly but it was reviewed at the window with me, and the lady at the window was exceptionally pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. What a great start to my morning!!
Staff are friendly, but this has to be the slowest drive through of any fast food chain I have ever been to. If you gotta go to a Dunkin’, skip this one because of the very long wait. They serve one car every 5 mins
Was given a regular coffee instead of a iced caramel latte it's not even funny that I have to pay more money thinking I was getting a latte and ended up getting regular coffee with milk ?
