Yessenia is so rude. They got our order wrong but charged it correctly, I asked if they can correct it and she said “this is not my problem and you need to take it up with the one that took your order” The guy was next to her and way saying yes she is correct, I stood there with the sandwich for a few minutes, and nothing. We sat back down to see if they would call us back up and went back to ask if they were remaking it or not. The other staff was fine, but Yessenia was really rude, and there were two others within the 15 minutes saying there order was wrong.
Hey placed a order with them through the app and when I got to the store nobody was there I kept calling no one answered waiting to hear back about getting my refund
Please if I order thru an app please make sure my items are secured. My coffee and other items were exposed. Nothing was covered.
Purchased the donut looking egg whites with vegetable. Disappointed with size and taste.
Went through drive-through about 4 in morning food was very very stale had to be way over the time they had to be thrown out doughnuts not supposed to be hard and crunchy like you eating a fresh carrot

Super rude man with bearded greys working the later shift. Asked him about the Veterans Day donut and told me to leave " there's nothing free here" and told me and my veteran friends to leave. hope corporate reads this.

All the workers have attitudes and dont know how to use the computer system. Save yourselves the headache.
I actually drove there w 2 friends before going to a church activity.My friend bought donuts for her group. It was very clean and organized.
