I wish I could give the staff at this place 10 stars. I have never had a bad experience here and the staff is always so friendly. Whoever does the hiring has a good eye for good people. I took my grandson Saturday, ordered the pizza right away as I know it takes 1/2 an hour. The woman at the counter was smiley and friendly. Talked to a guy because the skeet ball machine took some points off and didnt work. He immediately put up an out of order sign. We got our points back. The woman at the ticket counter being trained by the woman at the front desk, also very friendly and patient. Tickets are a really big deal to kids. Very nice worth ethic, clearly good management, very nice kid environment. My grandson was sad that they took out the slide/tunnel. I guess that was a covid thing=( He said that was his favorite part, kept saying it in the way home. I hope it comes back.
First I will say my kids did have fun but the service was horrible im not sure if they were backed up or if they were short staffed but the pizza took so long and it was very thin and dry also we had ordered a combo which came with a app plater and that took about an hour we received the pizza first , the wings were cold and burnt and we were missing the fries don’t even bother trying to get someone to help you. Just bad
OK I’m back I went to the location and I was disappointed why because The animatronic wasn’t performing and it was doing shows of birthday stars and there was no birthdays and The animatronic isn’t good condition but it wasn’t performing at all it was just standing there.
It's an amusement gallery for kids you can buy unlimited pass for one hour for just $26 they have all the goodies that kids love to eat.
Disappointed.My 5:00 pm party experience at Chuck E. Cheese Hempstead was not what i expected. It was disappointing, I did not have a assigned host/server I paid for. Kids did not get pizza & fries until 6:45. The bathroom was dirty my daughter refuse to use it . Will not be booking again .was told they don’t have enough staff. Kids enjoyed the arcade and Chuck E. Cheese live was a blast . The Manager was being super nice about the delayed of the kids pizza .Totally embarrassed .
Terrible service I was there for my daughter birthday March 21st got there 7:30pm order a pizza with some drinks got the plates and cups 8:30 I went to ask what was happening with the pizza they told me they will find out and never got back remind you I was concentrating on making the best I can for my 3 year old and it was 9 o’clock they turn everything off and never got the pizza the employees and they attitude unacceptable I got a refund not even a sorry or an explanation of what happened they were so rude please check on your employees…
Very good place to get to your children to be distracted, excellent place. I loved it and my child didn't say he didn't want to come ?? The very friendly staff, very good service.Why 4 stars and not 5, because of the bathrooms there they will have to be more attentive because they are children and dirty bathrooms combine very little with the place and the children touch everything and one as a father does not like to see places that dirty for their children... but leave it an excellent place...?
Large place for adults as well.Arcade and games for all ages great selection of prizez.
The place is small compared to other chuck e cheese we have been to. The area where it is located is not as safe as you may expect.The pizzas are ok. The workers here speak Spanish and English. Kids can celebrate birthdays there with a nice show. Cake not included.
Very crowded when I went but nice employees. Employees were cleaning everything continuously which is great while going through a pandemic?!!! But for all my fellow NYC people out there remember it’s LI it’s not NYC they have lowered their mask requirements so you will see lots of people without them but you could still wear it if you like to.
