At lunch time I stood on line for almost ten minutes with six people in front of me. The line did not move the person at the register was doing something over the phone with what appeared to maybe be a customer order of some sort. They manager made no attempts to control the line at all. He saw what was going onand did nothing. I along with a few other people left. I only have so much time for lunch.
I like to pretend I’m a judge on master chef. I went crazy and got the two most unhealthiest meals: Mac and cheese and the grilled cheese. Never had either at Panera. I was pleasantly surprised at the depth of flavor of the Mac and cheese. Multiple cheeses used and pasta wasn’t over cooked. However, I expected more from the grilled cheese. The bread was too airy and the cheese… American? Panera put American cheese in their grilled cheese?! I couldn’t finish it. American cheese is not real cheese. I just expected a more sophisticated grilled cheese from Panera. Nevertheless, much love for Panera.
I like this place a lot and the food, but my last visit was disappointing a little because I noticed while I was waiting for my order that the young workers behind the counter were chitchatting about personal things, and I'm here anxiously waiting with patience to get my food and leave. I wish that they could be more productive and faster in getting orders ready. Thank you
I decided to treat all my staff and placed the order. One of my staff was missing sandwich. Marwin AKA Manager accused me of lying!!!!!!!!!worst Panera in the county.
I have been a long time Panera patron but since last year, I have been feeling like my rapid pickup's are not the quantity they should be for the price. This concerns the bowls, salads, and smoothies. I don't know if the people who eat in-store has a different experience.
What a great Panera. The girl at the register is so warm and friendly. I said as much to the manager. He was also very pleasant. Never had a hard time about my “bare face,” or my children’s on any visit. Very well managed. Tons of regulars saying hello to staff and visa versa by name. I never saw that in the COMMACK one I used to frequent. I will go out of my way to this one from now on.
Picked up my lunch was greeted by Shanea who was very helpful and friendly. She took her time to help each customer with their order. Also took time to get my points in and and let me know I had a free pastry. She was very knowledgeable and did not rush anyone truly appreciate it. A true example of excellent customer service, thank you Shanea!
Pricey for quick, sloppily made, sub-par food
I’ve been a costumer for many years and have never seen such an unprofessional manager here. She is very immature, cursed a lot in front us and other costumers. The cursing happens between the coworkers. If you have any questions or concerns about your order she is going to ignore you. To add she laughs at people who have an accent. I have witnessed her laugh at a co-worker because of his accent. Her attitude is degrading to all those around her, please check the cameras Panera Bread.
Picked up dinner,soup and sandwich and coffee under the coffee program.uneventful. also got a lemon and chocolate chip cookie.yum
