Saw an employee messing up my sandwich and the manager immediately took action and fired them
Walked in at lunch time. They had a long line and people waiting. I was impressed how well and organized the 3 guys worked together and moved the line along. The sandwiches were excellent with great service.
Hello everyone so me and my brother in-law went to jersey mikes for lunch one the food not good two for what i got for the money i spent not worth it my brother in-law the sandwich the guy was makeing not enough onions and oil and vinegar on the sandwich they don’t understand english and they have no idea what they r doing would i got there again never would i spend the money for such a bad sandwich
Jersey Mike's in Hauppague is the place to go if you want a good hero.Went there last night and ordered the B.L.T. lt was really good and had plenty of bacon on it. That's how I like it.I want to taste the bacon.I like a full sandwich,unlike subway where they count each slice they put on the sandwich, and that's it.It doesnt matter if bread is still showing,they reached their limit.Jersey Mike's fills their sandwiches and no matter which one I order,they all taste good.Only problem I have is I cant decide which one I want.I like them all.
Like Jersey Mikes But this particular location i in Hauppauge s always Dreadful. Always employees messing around behind counter like its a party and customers interfering by ordering. They also do not make them near as cleanly and nice as other locations. Finally the worst offense that makes this One location an avoid at all costs is that there cold cuts and lettuce onions are not fresh at all sometimes! Not all the time but I would say half of the time we get old cold cuts and bad tasting and yes even smelling lettuce and onions etc... Will avoid this one and go to there other locations. Oh and there prices went up. Expect to now pay over $20 for a hero soda and chips
I absolutely love Jersey Mike's I have yet to be in one that I didn't like. Fresh, consistent and delicious.
place has been spot on unless ordering online. every single online order has been screwed up. Try calling to explain what happened and nobody answers the phone for the store. If i go in store order and sit down and wait its always great. i dont understand how things can get so complicated. When i went back to the store i received nothing but nasty attitude from high school kids working there. They just dont care about the job and never understand why a franchise will rely on this type of workforce. otherwise everything offered is good stuff!!
I ordered a Big Kahuna with no cheese. What I got was a Big Kahuna with extra cheese. I only eat mozzarella cheese on pizza. This thing was covered with white American cheese. Threw it out! I'm out $11 plus ordered a meal from another place.
Never again Jersey Mike’s. Sorry you need to have training for your management . Management was beyond rude. Sad in a day when small business are struggling to keep their doors open.
Something's off. Everything you need for a great sandwich is there. Everything looks fresh; the meats, the veggies, the bread, the condiments, etc. Yet it tastes very bland, even Subway has more flavor. For the premium price I would expect an outstanding sandwich, but the flavor is just not there. It may be just me or it could be where they source their ingredients from. There's nothing wrong with the restaurant itself, I just find it strange that a nationwide chain could sell sandwiches so bland. Again this may just be me, try it for yourself and see how it is for you.
