Good menu options however it’s very busy and number of severs are comparatively less. One has to wait for them to come to your table . For adhoc requests or refills.There’s a lot of communication issue/gap . You tell them something they do something else. Nelson was unpleasantly rude and not customer friendly.Our server was occupied with a lot of tables . They really need to work on customer service and time management and communication & following instructions.Overall okay .
I wanted breakfast for dinner... went to this location and waited 5 minutes to minutes to seated... waited 5-10 more minutes when we were asked what we wanted to drink... ordered water while we looked at the menu...water was brought to the table and that was it... we looked at the menu and decided what we wanted... waited another 10 minutes and received NO SERVICE. We left and went elsewhere.
It met all my expectations for an IHOP. The service was normal, they gave us bacon instead of sausage, but it was fine.IHOP is really well priced, which makes it a good place for large families. This IHOP had a special discounted menu from I think 3-6 (double check this time frame) with more than adequate meals from $6-8. I dont necessarily enjoy places that are too kid friendly, but its IHOP and I love that its affordable. These prices dont include ambiance, but its a clean place where families can enjoy well made food without overspending.
Service was good, the waiter was the only one working as a waiter so when the meal did start, he was not able to come back to our table to see if all was ok, until we called him.
Bomb a** crepes are made here. Everytime. Just wish they gave you more lingon berry butter to go! Don't worry review readers! I got the menu!
Although the hash brown ang eggs remain great, unfortunately the bacon was leathery and the coffee was just so diluted. It's not a bad place to eat, but I'd rather go somewhere else to breakfast.
Food was very good place was very clean and the girl who waited on us I think her name was yailtin was great she not only greeted but took our order and also was going around cleaning up. She never stopped working and was extremely Pleasant... definitely an asset to IHOP
everything was warm, nothing Hot I use to Love this spot, it we were early, I don't think everyone was in yet , next time we'll go to a Diner, don't let me stop anyone from going their pancakes art still the BEST, when HOT.
Never again. Dining room had to be 50 degrees. People eating in their coats. Took my 80 year old mother in law here, at her request. Food arrived barely warm. Plates and portions have all shrunk.English is a second language at this place. So many better options at diners for a meal.
Waited 25 minutes to be seated and than other hour to be served. Waiter never came over to ask if we needed anything or tell us our food would be out anytime soon. Disappointed.
