I don’t know what happened to this location for the last 3 to 4 years it has been going downhill the service is no longer the same it’s no customer service for manager is rude I believe her name is Sumi she very rude to to her customers if someone makes an accident with an order it’s not handled in a pleasant manner they tell me she is the manager but the customer service is no good the owner I hope is paying attention to his reviews I have been coming to the store over 10 years and it’s going totally downhill
I have been coming to this DD for 12 Years. I used to love coming in and the attendant knew what I liked. Then I moved to the online for efficiency to my morning. The new management is terrible. There is no need for me to wait 10-20 minutes for my order when I placed it on line 10 minutes before pick up. They are rude and the place is dirty.
The morning manager who is a woman and is there through the weekdays is extremely rude and unprofessional. Never really say much to her but my order was incorrect one day and I explained to her that I did not order my coffee this way. She refused to look at my order on the app and told me that’s what the receipt says so that’s what I get. I literally was talking to the wall when another employee was kind enough to give me what I ordered. The fact that she holds the title of a manager is disgusting cause she has no social skills what so ever. She’s a miserable woman who needs to get another job if she’s so unhappy.

Lady at the register was rude for no reason. She seemed to be the person in charge this morning. I didn't really ask for much and was met with attitude at the first word I spoke. Very unprofessional.

Efficient service. Staff don't waste time and area helpful. Very courteous & respectful. Well maintained and clean place. Always had a easy time ordering here. ??
