A lady, that seems to be the manager, was yelling at an employee in front of the customers because apparently the employee was not doing something right. Then that same lady (manager)made my order wrong.Customers don’t need to witness this disruptive behavior and employees shouldn’t have to put up with it.

As usual, breakfast was delicious and the Caramel ice late was perfect for a hot morning!!!
They don't really know how to properly make lattes or macchiatos. Idk if it's them not putting the full espresso shot in or the machine but it literally taske like Sicky sweet milk with a hint of coffee. I tell myself not go here but it's convenient then I throw it away cause its so disgusting.

I go through the drive thru during the week days and there is one woman who is by far the best Server I have ever had. She is sweet, fast, genuine. She is always on point. She asks how you are and tells you have a good day. I wish I knew her name, she may be a manager. Either way this lady is a Queen. Best Dunkin Drive Thru employee ever
