The drive through was so pleasant because the young man at the window was so friendly and professional— 5 strong stars for him; however, I looked at my grill cheese and there was no cheese on it - all melted on the cardboard casing-the manager tried to explain to me that a grill cheese will melt off and that was why there was NO cheese on my “grilled cheese sandwich!” For 10 years at least- I’ll always go to Dunkin Donuts obviously for donuts and coffee- but half the time it’s for the awesome grill cheese!- hope that isn’t a new thing! She (manager) re-made it worse with another crazy explanation- ughhh- I have NEVER returned a fast food item in my life! 4/19/22 4pm
Went there today, ordered a large coffee and a large Iced Green tea. They gave me black tea. Asked again for Green tea, they again have me black tea. At this point my husband said he didn't care and we just left. Won't go back there again

Good coffee, service has been slower than normal. they have screwed up my mobile order 3xs and tried to charge me again when it's all paid through the app. Today was better though
I finally found my Bavarian Creme. But they forgot to put jelly in bag. ?. I should have checked but filled did not like me.?

This Dunkin always has a line in the morning, but they process everyone's orders so quickly. The food is always fresh and my coffee order correct.

Best dunkin I've been to on the island. Why? Their donuts are so fresh and they get the order right evertime....except once where they gave me a side of sweet bacon...FOR FREE. I perhaps did NOT share that with my husband. Oops. Lol
