The nicest staff ever! Very patient with my super excited kids. Forget all other donut places! This is where it’s at! The donuts were delicious. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
I was having a rough day and decided to treat myself to some donuts. As soon as I walked in, Alicia warmly greeted me and asked how my day was. A small gesture, that she did not have to do. She went above and beyond to make sure that make my day a little bit better. The donuts were wonderful, but the customer service was unbeatable. Thank you Alicia for helping make my day a little bit better and brighter today.

I was looking for the best donuts on LI and was assured by multiple folks this was the best. And it lived up to the hype. The only odd thing is that when they open at 9, they have no donuts to go, including, say, plain or glazed. I know their shtick is that the donuts are made-to-order, but why not have a few on-hand? I’ll be back!
Delicious and always fun flavors switching it up. Don't get Dunkin Donuts go here instead trust me its worth it.
First off, staff are always so friendly and pleasant. Always a joy to go in there. Whoever is doing the hiring and training is doing a fantastic job. Donuts are always very fresh and taste amazing.
I love Duck Donuts. It is over the top with such warm donuts made fresh, and then all the amazing different creations. I love that you can purchase all the little ducks. The only thing I would like to see is that you sell the duck donuts pens. We fell in love with the pens and they make great gifts. We purchased them at the Lathem store, and have named the pens “Penny”, and love all the different designs as well.
Fresh warm and great tasting doughnuts
The first time i visited duck donuts i got a box of assorted donuts out of excitement to try them all. While they were making my dozen i noticed the bacon. I'm muslim and can not consume that. They literally scrapped the whole box, changed their gloves and made me a whole new box of donuts.I was truly amazed and felt so respected. They could've cared less and charged me for it or just replaced the 1 donut but they really replaced everything just in case of cross contamination. For that reason I have gone back numerous times. Also to emphasize on why I appreciate what they did, these donuts are not just on a rack waiting to be bought. The people working here literally make each and every donut to order.
