Terrible service for a doordasher , place was empty i came in told the Cashire who i was waiting for she said the order will be worked on right now 2 customers come in they take care of them while im waiting still , those customers leave another walks in and gets helped and leaves , both food preppers are looking at me while my order reciept sits there waiting to be grabbed , one of guys dead stares at me and just walks away comes back 5mins later then asks his co worker if that order had to done while i am sitting here waitin for it to be handed to me smfh terrible just terrible

Don’t bother ordering ahead, no matter how much time you give them they don’t even start it until you’ve arrived and have to ask where the order is. This has happened every single time and when you complain to corporate all you get is a free chips & guac or a bogo coupon. Doesn’t matter what time of day, this is a constant and repeating problem.

Yessenia so nice and was very patient! Never in 30 years have I ever had service like that. She came to me with a warm smile and such a willingness to serve! Definitely going back again! the best place to eat too! The food is better than all the 54 chipotles I have tried

Food portion are small for the price. I open up my bowl and i probably received a table spoon of meat and 2 table spoons of tomatoes and corn. same amount of rice and I paid $13.04. Went back server said he was train to give a spoon of each and not a full spoon. Go to Qdoba the just open up. Food portion is reasonable and food his hot. Food fills you up and service was great. Hope they put them out of business. Just that location.

Horrible service. I just can’t comprehend why my order was not ready at the pick up time. In fact when I walked in to pick up my order the receipt was still in the printer. They haven’t even started it yet. After making them aware of this they proceed to help every customer that walked in and continued to walk in before starting my order. Waited 15 minutes. I would just walk in and place the order but you HAVE to order online to get a quesadilla. I will never go back to this location. And this is not the first time. This is a reoccurring problem with this location. Avoid online ordering with this location. Maybe just avoid it. Forgot to mention my burrito bowl was ice cold as well. Thanks for the horrible meal and experience. Way to go chipotle. Your corporate will hear from me as well.

No more mask mandates in NY and they won’t serve me because I have no mask lol well I took my business next store to the Greek place! I guess a bunch of Libs own the place, Greek place much better. And no mask

This Chipotle by far the best I've been at. They taken the Covid protocols seriously more then any other store. Telling costumers to get off the lines if they don't have a mask and telling other costumers who blindly thinking use there sweater is a great idea to use as a mask. The lack of these costumers caringness is what causing Covid to spread but I can assure other costumers who come to this Chipotle your safe to come and eat here and you can feel safe knowing that everyone here has taken in liberty about all the COVID-19 precautions. Other thenn that everything here was amazing The steak was medium rare fresh off the grill, the chicken was still hot and juicy the rice was fluffy and tasted how Cilantro rice should be. The Gauc was sweet and salty in all the right ways and the chips were Freshly Seasoned with the salt and lime juice. As well as costumer service was Amazing as well. I had to order 4 gift cards for Christmas and that took awhile since I was giving different amounts for each card and the girl who was at cash wasn't annoyed at all. I was even given a reward thru the Chipotle App because of it. Great safety, Great food , Great hospitality and costumer service whats more to ask for?

2 stars only because I’ve come here for years and the service was utterly disrespectful and distasteful. Someone behind the counter impolitely reminded me I needed a mask. I asked her if she had one because I didn’t have one on me and she said “no. You need a mask you can use your sweater” and proceeded down the line to other customers saying “you need a mask, he needs a mask, she needs a mask” and then walked away. Hoping chipotle provides their employees better means in problem solving when customers forget their mask instead of just pointing out they don’t have one. Or train their employees better in how to address customers

I'm appalled my visit here was very very bad won't ever come again. Hands down the worst service and food I ever tasted in my years of living. Do yourself a favor and skip this chipotle.
