A very bad experience from the very beginning. Made a reservation early at 5:30pm. We were the only ones there for a bit, which was fine. We waited an hour and 20 minutes for 6 entrees. Other tables were seated after us and were served and left before us. When the meals finally arrived they were cold. 4 of our entrees were pasta, one steak dish, which was gray in color and ice cold when it was finally served and one chicken dish, which was also served cold. My husband returned his meal and didnât eat. We finally left at 8:10pm. We were celebrating 2 birthdays, we were offered no dessert or coffee service. The manager and waitress were made aware of the problems but did the bare minimum to address any of our issues. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
Band during dinner was too loud. Couldnât have any conversation
Didnât realize there was a live band on Friday nights. Not the best for a small celebration gathering. Waaay to loud to talk across the table. Food was good, not great, and the service was okay not good. Wonât return.
The food and drinks were great. the live entertainment made the night memorable.
My wife and I came here to celebrate our anniversary for dinner. The restaurant is immaculate inside with a very calming atmosphere. The food was incredible and the wait staff was very helpful and very friendly. They had live music the night we went and the band was incredible. People were dancing with the band. The prices are a little expensive, but for the quality of the food, it is well worth treating oneself for a nice night out
Our waiter was very attentive as was the mater de . Wine list was somewhat limiting but over all the food was very good. The steaks were both over done. We will look to head back again in the near future
I meant to post this sooner but I'm old and not really good at tech stuff. My adult kids took me and grandkids their for Easter dinner. We had a fantastic time! The servers were incredible! The place was packed,but we were treated like we were there only patrons! The food, incredible! Thank you for such a great dining experience with my family!
Graduation
Held my daughters baby shower at Butterfield’s this past weekend and it was wonderful! Could not have asked for a better experience! Ray, Joyce and the wait staff were exceptional! Friendly, enthusiastic and so pleasant to work with. The food was fabulous, mimosas were plentiful and the cake they included in the shower package was delicious! If you’re looking for a venue for your next event, I highly recommend Butterfield’s!
Great food and fantastic service from a waiter who was trying his best all night for us. There was a band playing oldies and lots of people dancing. We received great portions and even took home leftovers. Happy to have finally tried Butterfields after many years of driving by.
