Went to dine in but door was locked and no sign saying why so we went to Arby's. The next time we went to Orchard Park and that place really nice and clean and pleasant employees.
Wife liked salad, not much favor to burger which they forgot to give me but did to the next person in line. Slow down. They usually forget something.
The strawberry shake my wife got wasn't what they claim, I tasted it and it needs more strawberry flavor and real strawberries added, plus the burger sandwich my wife had was dry and burnt, plus the burgers are not like the way they used to be nice an juicey..I have to say the quality of food the way it was cooked when the original owner Dave was alive, has gone down hill,I can say that it'll be very limited when we eat at Wendy's.
Staffs are really great and I am so happy to see their smile! Food are fresh, hot and crispy!
Good location, good food, if it messed up they fix it fast and make sure it's correct! Awesome and they Finally have strawberry!

They screwed up my order had to pay extra to have it corrected. The crispy chicken salad was plain. The fries weren't hot and crispy but warm and soggy with grease.
This location specifically on camp road consistently forgets items to orders especially when you doorframe from them; and the staff is usually quite rude. Especially over the last few months.
