Very small and staff was kind.. could use a good scrub...it was clean but not my standard..
I had the worst experience ever at this tim hortons. I asked for a specific flavor shot and it was clear by the employees actually laughing when they gave me my drink that they deliberately put the wrong flavor shot in it. I had it remade twice and both times it was still wrong and the employees were still laughing as they handed it to me. The store manager was just a rude when I asked for a refund and he told me I had to park my car and come inside, which I could not do with my 2 babies in the car. So I left with no drink and no refund. Worst service I’ve ever experienced and I used to work for Tim Hortons. It’s the closest to my house and I’ll never be back again.
I work at this location and i would say we are really good at what we do. We mess things up but we are human and everyone makes mistakes. When we get busy, especially in the afternoon when we have 3 people working it is definitely challenging but we manage as best we can. Remember we are human too!?
Over the last 5yrs this place is shot, I hate Duncan and will always be a timmy guy but il drive the extra distance 2 avoid most days!
I work at this location so I would say they are the most cleanliness store I've worked at. my coworkers are very nice and we are very fast and efficient when we are fully staffed when I order my stuff they do mess it up here and there but who doesn't we are only human
Orders are constantly incorrect. Female worker was rude and kept telling me bye after receiving incorrect order.
I will never eat here again. I have worked for Tim Hortons and this by far was the rudest I have ever came across. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and between the two bagels and in the cream cheese was a hair. When I called to kindly inform them I was treated rudely. After working for the Tim Hortons company I would never recommend this one to anyone
Went to drive thru at 7:30 PM on December 14th, sat at speaker for like 5 min then a guy with a strange voice asked what I wanted I odered a coffee got up to window a big kid was talking with a young female over the counter and a co worker and totally ignoring me,finally opened the door grabbed my card while still talking to the girl ran it that took 5 more min handed it back to me then made my coffee handed my coffee out while still ignoring me the customer,!NO HI,NO THANK YOU! NOTHING WAS LIKE I WAS BOTHERING HIM!VERY RUDE!THEY NEED TO HIRE OLDER PEOPLE WITH WORK ETHIC!AND PERSONALITY THESE KIDS DONT DESERVE THAT JOB!!
Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. They were so rude. I waited for several minutes to order. I figured maybe they were low on staff. When I got up to the window, they were full staffed in there. Waited several minutes for my one sandwich. They told me to pull up. Waited several more minutes and when I finally got it, there was only lettuce and tomato on my sandwich.
It's Canadian drive thru and take out coffee and doughnuts plus food There's really nothing to get super excited about
