only tims open at midnight ! was glad to find one. quick service. nothing like a fresh coffee at midnight
Wanted to give a shout out to the employees at this location, I went to a different location and received the wrong coffee order and didn’t realize it till I was on my way to work… so I pulled into this one , explained that I can’t have regular coffee only decaf due to a health condition and they happily replaced my coffee no questions! Thank you so much!
Just went in there to get 4 coffees and I gave the blonde girl who was working a 50 dollar bill rolled her eyes at me because she had to get the other girl to get change didn't know i couldn't pay with a 50 dollar bill ! Never go back to that location

Went out of their way to process multiple gift cards in the drive-thru so I wouldn't have to go in the store due to COVID when other TH locations wouldn't do it. Great customer service; thank you very much!

Very bad service, stopped to get chilli an all they had was chicken noodle soup. So I got chicken noodle an they forgot my bread, an the soup was luke warm, also got a panini an they forgot the chipotle....an to make it worse they weren't even busy....never stopping g at that location again....an I will tell everyone about my experience...I will not forget this tim hortons...

For years I have heard from my Canadian friends that Tim Horton's had great coffee. So while visiting the Hamburg, NY area we stopped in and had a “Tim's “. Coffee was excellent and the pastry was tasty. Service was fast and friendly.
