On Tues. May 24 at 7:10 am in which I ordered an egg biscuit only with an med French cappuccino with whipped topping. The day shift employees at Tim Horton's are such an delightful people. Devion who took my order was friendly and courteous as well as the rest of the staff at Tim Horton's. I changed my original review because of these uniquely special people.
Asked for old fashion donut and I received chocolate donut good thing it was for the gas pumper I was surprising lol
Coffee us usually made correctly but they burn croissants like it's their job EVERY SINGLE TIME!
Every time I come here the espresso machine is down. The last time I came here I ordered a French vanilla with 3 shots of espresso, they gave me my drink without espresso. Paid an extra $3 for the espresso and didn’t even get any in my drink. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Don’t come here and waste your time, take your monies elsewhere.

I go to the Tim Hortons every morning I go in this morning and ask one of the employees how the Tim Hortons app work she’s helping me manager tells her she can’t help her she can do it on her own we don’t help customers when they ask for help and I’m in there with my baby and we get rejected by the managerIf there was a section for no stars I would put no stars
Went there Tues 3/1/22 at 430 pm ordered hit tea double double got coffee instead again. I didn't know till I got to mt appt.that it was wrong order. On way back stopped ans went in and they would not exchange it said they were not allowed to. I told them they made the mistake but they said no. Then the blonde hair girl was rude and gave me the finger when I left. The owners must allow this from there employees and they lost a customer. With the pandemic and loss of business you would think they would treat people better.
The last few weeks, it's a toss-up with this location. Depending on who is at the speaker. They are either very friendly(usually a male) or not friendly at all(ALWAYS a female). The female doesn't even greet you. Just says what can I get you....anything else, then pull up without a total. Then gets impatient when you get to the window without the money ready because you don't know your total.Today, I ordered 2 coffees and a breakfast sandwich. The ENTIRE sandwich I crunched on egg shells. I am going to take my business to a different location since this is not the only time. I understand businesses are short staffed as I am a manager at a restaurant myself, but maybe hire people with more personality that make people want to come back.
Please do not go to the one on camp road go to a different Tim Hortons the manager Jack is an A-hole and very wierd and touchy with his employees, you can literally see him rubbing on them through the drive window, he never greets you or gets your order right and if you ask him is this my order he just stares at you like your bothering him. to be honest I have no idea why I even go to this one, the one on rt 20 next to Chevy is far better. It's a shame.
I ordered an apple juice form the tim hortons in hamburg and the worker Tyler was super nice and an great employee! He needs a raise!!
