the food was good the service sucks.. maybe should give the waitress less tables to give better service.. teach her or them after serving anything to return after 2minutes to ask is everything ok.. they served me oysters, I like hot sauce took me 15minutes to flag her down.. I no they need to make money so less tables the less money, I think they should earn it, if the service is great give them more tables..
Great place for a relaxing dinner. The lobster roll was very good, and the French Onion soup was amazing. Front end and wait staff were terrific. Will definitely go back!
I've enjoyed having lunch here a few times. The views of the lake are awesome and staff has always been friendly. My only negative is that they put onions in their mac and cheese, but it's so good I'd order it again and just pick them out (again)!
We held an engagement party this past Wednesday. Food..service..atmosphere was superb. Staff was very attentive a day the special touches were very appreciated.
Dined this evening, service was not good. We ordered a Hayburner and it was the "closest" beer to it. Server never asked if we wanted this as the replacement, it was disgusting.Asked for kids menu... butter noodles for my daughter was garlic, parsley, pepper filled, and wayyy too much butter. It was swimming and not staying afloat.I asked what dessert was, was told key lime cheesecake it was pie not cheesecake.
Excellent people that provide a table each time I visit. They are always very kind, and seat me where my preference is. The wait staff are outstanding, so friendly and professional no matter how busy they are. Each one has taken their time to chat with me, which I enjoy. The food is great, beverages the best anywhere. Outstanding view of the lake..wow. Keep up.your great work. Thank you!

I love this restaurant. It has good food, nice views of the lake , music, we just like coming here. But, plastic take home containers have to stop. There's other options. Or bring your own.

My family came here a few days ago and stated they got decent food and service. Today we went back for my birthday and it was really one of the worst experiences we could have had. We ordered drinks and a mojito came with a nicely used rubber band mixed inside the drink. We then ordered the 1lb of cocktail style shrimp again, because the 1st time we went here, they were good - now they came fully cooked with some weird marinade, served with marinara sauce AND they were sitting in a pool of water with a couple of ice cubes floating in what was essentially a shrimp drink. I ordered the burger which came out fine and at correct temperature. and another family member ordered the PH Scampi. upon getting the scampi something was very off, it had a very unpleasent lemon almost vinegar-y aftertaste that was extremely off-putting, and it was all sitting in a POOL of oil. after a single bite it was clear this just wasnt something that we wanted to continue eating. we simply notified the watress when she came around that something was off with the dish and we wanted to order something else. we put in an order for Pasta Nola. some few minutes later the manager/owner came to the table and stated he heard that there was an issue with the food, we stated kindly that there was something off and tried to describe what we were experiencing. instantly off the bat he had an attitude. stating secondly that "i heard you called the food disgusting" which we in fact said NOTHING of the sort, even though in this instance it would have been absolutely deserved. he then stated he served 60 something plates of Scampi and no one had an issue " this is how our chef makes it, and just because it's not for you, doesnt mean I'm going to give you a free dish"... first off. we did not ask for it off our check, we didn't even ask to see a manager, we just ordered something else that we had the first time at the restaurant. Secondly, that is quite possibly the worst way to ever approach a customer, not a lot of backbone for someone who is running a business, we repeatedly stated, that we were NOT looking for anything free, the last thing we want is charity from rude owner, who was never summoned to begin with. he then left and 10 min later the Pasta Nola came out. what they did was drain the oil from the PH scampi and add the pasta Nola cajun sauce. there was no mushrooms, peppers or andouille like is stated on the menu. they literally re-served us the same dish, and upon trying that one, IT STILL HAD THE FOUL TASTE OF THE SCAMPI BEFORE. this is the most lowlife attempt at "getting back" at a customer for what - I still don't know. again we asked for NOTHING off our check despite the myriad of issues, we NEVER asked for any manager or any interference due to the issues. Easily I can say, we will never be back, even the table next to us was astonished and commented on how poorly he dealt with this. There is hundreds of amazing local places that deserve the patronage, without the incredibly rude manager/owner. Our serving staff was incredibly nice, kind and accommodating on both occasions at the restaurant.
