First time visiting O'Briens West Inn. I ordered the grilled chicken Mediterranean Tortellini and it was very good and a fairly large portion. The staff was friendly, considerate and checked in on us multiple times. Would highly recommend and will be back soon
Attend a cruise nite was fantastic..ate inside food was great and even with the huge crowd they had service was great..would recommend and will return

Very good beef on weck and fries. Came with friends after an event to have a bite to eat, and I ordered this. My one friend ordered the stuffed peppers. Both her and I were satisfied with the food.
It is funny.Owner responds with nothing but excuses. Mess up. Own it.Responds.. it would have been better if you told an owner what was wrong . So I can fix. Well limited menu shouldn't need fixing.. that is why you made a limited menu so there wouldn't be problems..Also.. I was the chef there with Desi and Tom. They would have owned it. Great ppl
Horrible food for Easter Brunch. They had eggs, no breakfast meat, no potatoes, polish sausage, and NO other meat. They had an attempt at French toast bake burnt to the pan. Ran out of orange juice. Also- took it upon themselves to add 20% gratuity when we couldn't even get a refill. Then the menu said gratuity not included but the Bill said other! Horrible.

The food is great, but somehow pales in comparison to how wonderful the staff is. Don't get me wrong, the food was great, and the pie was delicious!!
