I ordered a white pizza sub yesterday, and it was honestly awful. To begin it took about 10 minutes to peel the sub from the tin foil it was stuck to and remove all the bits of tin foil from the bottom side of the sub. In the process I lost about half of the bottom side of the roll. The sub was extremely bland in flavor. After eating the first half I thought it was just melted cheese on the roll with a tomatoe or two. I opened the second half to find 1 slice of tomato cut into 3rds on the entire second half with maybe 4 slivers of onion on the whole thing, no garlic taste at all. Bad sub, bad experience I wont be returning here to wast any more money.

I hate to give a bad review but unfortunately here goes, today we order a large pizza and 20 wings with 2 extra bleu cheese. the price $52.00 when we ordered it we asked that it be ready for 5:15. I got there at 5:05 expecting to have to wait for the order as it would still be being made, nope it was ready. I thought wow am I lucky until we got home. it was literally the worse pizza and wings we have ever had never mind the premium price. it was underdone almost doughy on the inside . basically cold by the time I got back to cheektowaga. The only Bleu cheese they gave me were the ones I paid extra for. I can only imagine the quality of the food if it had been sitting another 10 minutes if I picked up at the scheduled time.

Ordered ahead, when I got there the employees were busy, talking to each other, waited about 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged me.That being said and noted, the pizza was very good.Thank you.

5 strikes & you're out! I get that you're busy, you're short staffed, everyone has a bad day, it can't be perfect every time, but really, 5 times in a row, over a 8 week period?? I've ordered my Tuesday night pizza from you guys the same way for 15 years. My last 5 pizza's weren't even close to right!! Add to that the fact I was being over charged on the Tuesday night pizza deal, for who knows how long (my fault for not paying attention) but when I realized it I asked for a receipt. Saw that I was NOT given the discount. When I asked about it, I was told that "it doesn't ring up every time automatically" ??? So how many people are getting ripped off that haven't even noticed it because they blindly hand over their card like I did?? I had to ask for the discount every time or I didn't get it.

a sincere thank you to the wonderful staff at Nino's for helping to make my daughter's gender reveal just perfect today! the food was as delicious as always, and the attentiveness and helpfulness made it all go smoothly!

Was in the area & wanted to get some ninos, had not had ninos since I went to west Seneca location at the order window so it’s been a while, walked in to order something quickly at the Hamburg location … immediately was asked if I had a mask not how are you doing today? (NO Customer service ) I said no (didn’t even offer one) said can’t come in unless you have a mask, this location has plexy glass separating the employees from the customers mind you, instead of asking about my mask I could have made my order of a small cheese & pepperoni in that time and waited outside! I was the only one in the tiny order area.. this business is a little obsessed with the mask requirements..

BEST Bleu cheese in WNY!! Always delicious no matter what you order. Great pizza and great size chicken fingers too

I was refused service and forced to leave because I didn't have a mask. Even though I seen employees with theirs pulled down. Unfortunately, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Too busy lately to do things right! Offended when told the issue..last one was breadsticks order for kid and burnt . So bad cut inside of his mouth. Smh. After 45 minute wait

I have been enjoying Nino's pizza, wings, subs, for 30 years???? A long, long time. Great food, great service for-ever. Today.. they politely tried to get me to wear the mask. I reminded the very nice girl working there we are not living in Nazi Germany where the government can force you to do things. Stay free, enjoy your food.
