1st time going to any Moe's establishment in many years. Thursday 6/23/2022 for Dinner It was better than I remembered! The workers were down to earth and friendly. Terry the manager was also very pleasent, very acomidating and personal himself. Loved my experience here, will only be going to this Moe's from now on :) Family & Kid Friendly service. One definitely gets what they pay for and then some ?
We went for chips and salsa only. 90 percent of the chips were not cooked at all. I will be going to the one in orchard park for now on. Waste of money.
They were obviously short staffed today. The lady and man who were making the food were very fast, and super polite. Food was excellent! It’s time to let the people who didn’t show up for their shift go! No room for lazy.
40 bucks, with tip for 3.. Ordered online. It felt like my order was put together with bare minimumand annoyance. About 3 pieces of chicken with a dusting of rice, sour cream and lettuce in my bowl. Thanks for filling my bowl 1/4 up. I'm still hungry. I'll avoid the details of our quesadilla and stacker. You get the point.
I ordered through your app for a pick up. Once we got home and started to unpack our food we realized that we never got the bowl of queso. What is more frustrating than not getting everything you paid for is that when you call you go to a voicemail so this issue could not be resolved.
The food was pretty meh for the price point and the people were rude. Like I didn’t choose your job for you so I don’t understand why you’d huff and roll your eyes when I order. I’m gonna frequent a different location from now on.
My fiancé and I both have the Rona and didn’t want to pay $70 for door dash to be delivered so the sweet people from Moes agreed to leave it on the curb in front of our car. Thanks so much Moes ?
Staff is friendly, but ordering off of the app is a bit of a gamble. Twice in a row my app-based order was incorrect and since everything's tightly packaged together I didn't discover this until after the fact. The first time there was a substitution made on one of our items that no one noted anywhere. I emailed management with a complaint and no effort was made to make it right. The second time one of our items was incorrectly wrapped, was loaded with way more rice than normally, and it was missing some items added on. Contacted management about the second issue but haven't received a message back yet. I do not think I will be coming back to this location for quite a while.
Meh. I feel as though Moe’s has really gone downhill over the last few years, and this location is no exception. The staff was friendly, but the food was just ‘alright’ for the price. Keep in mind: if you go to this location, be sure to park in the very back of the parking lot (behind the building) to avoid getting trapped by people waiting in the (very slow moving) Starbucks drive-thru line. Buffalo is apparently the “city of good neighbors”, yet heaven for bid someone give me enough space so that I could squeeze out of my parking spot and leave! My husband and I feel that this location/lot was poorly executed. Really frustrating! See attached photo.
Never received the juice or cookie for kids meal. Also added items to my stack that I didn’t not request. Wasn’t busy and also placed the order an hour out so there was plenty of time to do my order correctly.
