Waited 20 mins for a nugget meal and a quarter pounder meal, kid throws the bag on the counter walks away and doesn't even say anything, terrible service!!!! Will not be back!!!
I don' often buy my kids but I took her after an appointment. I asked for the caramel frappuccino coffee and the guy said(big manager man) that they couldn't do none of them or shakes. Okay. I ordered the happy meal of four nuggets and her fries and small fries for me and cheeseburger. When we went to pour our drinks it was disgusting everything spilled, floor was all sticky like no one care. We grab our order and sat down and this is how our meal looked. I got up and show them the nuggets and asked if there is a way to have others that were not fried in OLD OIL. The employee said let me ask, he ask the manager(big man) and said no I can give you a refund. I told him yes for the refund because I am not giving that to my daughter. As I am waiting for my refund a teenager and her mom walks in and order from the tablet not to the cashier. One thing of the order was a shake and it was given, no excuses. My daughter 7yrs old made the comment in the car that she saw the girl had a shake after he said they couldn't do any.
My daughter was very excited to get a happy meal since we don’t eat fast food often. I ordered 2 cheeseburger happy meals and one 6-piece chicken nugget happy meal. The nuggets seemed to be sitting there all day. They were burnt and hard. The girl that handed me our food didn’t utter a single word and when we opened the kids’ meals, not a single drink was in any of them. Very frustrating! Needless to say, we won’t be back.
This has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. My simple cheeseburger was cold and the chicken nuggets were cooked the night before. Let's not talk about how old the fries were. I will never go back there again. Customer service was great though!
Hello world,You know that saying if it's not broke don't fix it. But McDonald's been broke so when are you going to fix it. I give you a one star the food is horrible the staff is more horrible the timing is even more horrible the quality of the food is even more even more horrible you fell off McDonald's I think we only liked you because we were little and we didn't recognize it but as adults now I see this place is not what you really think it to me. Get yourself together McDonald's and the schools for all the McDonald's every McDonald's whether they went diversity or not they all need help. Have a beautiful and blessed day ?
Why is this the slowest McDonald's in the history of the world?? Management needs to step in and actually show these employees how to work efficiently
I was doing a job in the area and had no bathroom access at the time so I stopped in 2 days in a row, once for breakfast, and once for lunch. The bathrooms are gross and I can tell you for a fact they don’t get cleaned because the same half empty crushed drink cup was sitting on the sink 2 days in a row and the latex gloves were still on the top of the garbage pile next to the toilet. Did I still order food? I did. But I smelled those fresh fries so who can blame me? The food was as expected and I didn’t find anything weird in it which I guess was unexpected considering the level of cleanliness.
Came in with my toddler. Was not busy at all. Got him chicken nugget happy meal. And I got a big Mac. I chose to dine in with him since he was over due on eating. His chicken nuggets were dry, hard, old and cold. My burger was ice cold as well. Worst ever. Needless to say he only ate the fries(honestly don't blame him, it looked like dog food).
My husband and I went to the one in Abbott Road plaza and this place was so ridiculous ? ? ?!! We waited 15 minutes for our food. We got it and it was freezing ? cold!! Then I had to go back in because we weren't given any cups, so she gave me 2 small. Then I went back out to my car and my husband says go back in and get a large cup we paid for a large. So at this point we both snapped took everything back on and got our money back!! That was our hometown McDonald's but not anymore. Pretty sad to be honest!!
This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, not sure who the teenager was who waited on us but he was the most RUDE, impersonal employee I think I've ever encountered. He walked away from the window before we had the opportunity to ask for straws and then got an obvious attitude when we called out to him. The food was not good either. We ordered extra pickles and extra onions on a burger and ended up with one pickle and no onions even though the special request ticket was on the wrapper that said extra of both. I will NEVER go here again.
