I’m not sure how it is possible but there was no egg on my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Clueless employees apparently.
I have been to this Dunkin about three times and I will not be retuning. The first time, the workers were very rude to my boyfriend and I, the second time my coffee was made terribly wrong, and the third time (pictured) my coffee was made wrong again with cold foam literally dripping down the sides of it leaving a mess in my car and my hands are now sticky. Considering I worked at a coffee shop for over a year, I know this is completely unacceptable. I would never hand out a coffee that is clearly made wrong, with product quite literally dripping on the entirety of the cup. I would not advise going there considering every time I went, it was terrible.
2nd time in a week I ordered hot coffee and it was ice cold. How can you not feel the temp of the coffee?
The strawberry dragon fruit coconut refresher is awesome wish they had smoothies tho!

I ordered 2 drinks, one looked and tasted like mud and the other one tasted more and more sour the more cream they put in it. I feel sick from the little bit that I sipped as I type this

Last time I’ll be coming here. This is only two of the many issues I have had here in the last few months. The bagel barely has a tablespoon of cream cheese on it , and the other the bag is marked sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and what I got is a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. I understand being short staffed but it literally takes two seconds to makes sure the order is complete abs correct.
Great treats and a very friendly staff.
