Honestly, being a nice young Jewish man in this world, I often forget that Halal is the kosher of India and the Muslim world. The ambience is absolutely amazing and I love the people who work here. Dude… do not try the rice over chicken with white sauce if you are trying to cut down on your food intake, because let me tell you guy, it is truly addictive… pristine caliber ambience and cuisine with love- howie
Four and half stars. Food is pretty good, I would definitely not say that this place is as good as the mecca that is Hamza and Medina in Hicksville. However the red sauce is better and more flavorful here. They are generally very fast with your food but it can get a little slow when the place gets busy. The decor is pretty cool and NYC themed. But the best part of this location is how well kept this place is, the entire place is very clean which is in part due to it being a new restaurant. The prices are competitive with other halal places and you can expect to spend around $9 or less per dish. It's not as cheap as the city but this can be expected for Long Island. Good and cheap spot if you're in the area.
I can’t believe there’s now a halal spot that’s in Glen Cove that’s also open this late.It’s a dream come true for someone who would drive all the way out to Shahs in Hicksville at this hour of night in the past.Staff are friendly, price was great, food was great, absolutely no complaints!
Good food is prepared fresh when you order it. The woman at the counter nicely explained the menu and answered my questions. I will return!

I came in today around 1pm to see if the food was as good as the reviews and i was not disappointed. The store was clean and the 2 employees that were there (they were mentuined in previous reviews) were beyond friendly and made AMAZING food. This is my first review and the only place that i felt comfortable leaving an honest revirw. I will be back for more. Thank you.
The wait for this location to open was totally worth it. I recommend the chicken over rice with the white and green sauce and the pita is a must. I had great conversations with Saxonie and her recommendations on the platter I got which she also made for me thumbs up to her!!! I will definitely be back to try the other cooks food as well.... thank you thank you to the owner man who brought this delicious food to our town. It's what we needed.. REAL HALAL WITH AUTHENTIC TASTES!!!!
Very friendly staff! The man working there (Hafiz) was a wonderful host and makes sure his customers are happy. The prices are fair and the food is amazing!
