Very disappointed of this place every time I call to place an order the front ladies are always yelling at you and being rude and no patience’s to customers and your order ends up wrong !So I decide to go inside the store and place order personally and the front lady I have no idea what’s her name but she was yelling at my sister this evening just because she open the fridge to purchase a sodacan the lady was yelling and being so disrespectful not touch fridge . I think they are many Ways to friendly ask to not open fridge …. In first place their was no sign that says don’t touch they should put up signs or close the door like it use to be so no more opens fridge … never again coming into this place my orders comes always wrong and the front lady is always rude! They act strict do to COVID but they don’t even wear mask inside kitchen or gloves at all !!!!! knowing how to speak to customers is where they fail.
Just tried this place . I read the reviews before goingAnd still wanted to give it a try. Some say the dishesWere very oily , its true they are. Hot & Sour souphad no flavor . Fried rice was yellow and with a teaspoon of roast pork ontop , not even mixed in .The worst “fried wontons “ I’ve ever tasted . I alsoOrdered the boneless ribs , they were “ good “ and the wonton soup had good flavor. I probably will not return here . Sun Ho is so much better !!!!!!

Ordered kung pao chicken w/rice over the phone, when I got there I specifically said my order out loud over the loud tv and screaming that they were doing only to get handed a order of pork and rice that I saw when I got home. Called them on the phone and told them only to get blamed and told that it was my fault and my mistake even after I asked if they could deliver my food and I’d pay extra but they said they were closing and it’s too late. The correspondent on the phone needs to learn better customer service because she was very rude and nasty with me for no reason when I tried to cooperate and pay extra for food that I paid extra for that wasn’t even mine. Their food is good but knowing how to speak to customers is where they fail.
Staff is not friendly..Food is over priced and portion size is small and taste is not flavorful
The Foods aroma and fragrance was spectacular. It made me nut and I wanted to take my clothes off after eating such delicious food. The delivery guy was especially handsome and amazing. I highly recommend this place to people that love good food

This restaurant is my preferable restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. everytime I want to go to a decent meal, this restaurant comes first to my head. Great and all sorts of food and a large menu.trained staff, and pleasant ambience. And very important, the price is modest. I suggest this restaurant with no doubt.
