I'm so disappointed at this place, it used to be my favorite.But they are horrible, there's always something missing.delivery always delayed, wings under cooked. Wrong items moust of the time!!!I can't take it no more, I ordered very often, if you check the domino's data you'll see me 1 or 2 a week but now I'm done! "no more domino's".And I know this probably won't mean anything to the store, but I just had to say it.....If I could negative star it, I'll give it a -9....
Took over an hour for a stuffed cheesy bread!!! They said driver left the store at 12:01am but he hasn’t arrived and it past 1AM! I cancelled my order and all they had to tell me was “OK”
If i could give zero stars I would. Worst experience 2 hour wait for cold food called the store and its a call center, after 15 minutes of them trying to reach the store I got in the car and went in. The guy said he would remake my food after testing that it was cold by touching my food with his bare hands. He then brought me back my order warmed, not even remade then refused to remake. Totally unacceptable considering he touched the food with bare hands finally he refunded the order. They have lost a customer as I will never be ordering again it was a simple fix.
I do pick orders and the pizza is always hot and made the way I ask. Thank you
Edit 3: In case anyone was counting, pizza finally arrived after 6 hours. If you can't fulfil orders, please do not accept excessive orders. If I had known I would have to stay up until 1 am to get a pizza I ordered at 7, I would have gone literally anywhere else. Oh also, of course it arrived cold. We will never order from here again.Edit 2: officially at the 4 hour mark. Slider was moved to quality check but has been there for 30 minutes. I live closer than 30 minutes to this store location. I expect a full refund as I have had to get dinner elsewhere.Edit: 2.5 hours in. Unacceptable. Still in prep. If you're not open, do not take my money. If you cannot fulfil my order, do not take my money. If you do not intend to provide me with food I ordered and you confirmed, do not take my money. No business and no other domino's I've ever been to operates like this.Twice I have ordered pizza here without any update in over an hour and a half. The first time, it finally got going at around the 2 hour mark. Called the store for half an hour with no one answering. This time, I'm currently at 1.5 hours in with it stuck in "prep" and no one answering my phone call. If your store is not open and not serving customers, don't you dare take my money. Do not trust this business.
I really do like there pizza I really do but whenever I’m with one of my friends I always get a robot and then I have to call back and try again and then we have to order Vito’s which isn’t terrible I like Vito’s to but I really haven’t had a terrible experience with the restaurant itself I get that some stuff have slowed down in the past year cuz of covid and all that stuff but just try to work on answering the phone much better so we don’t have to wait an hour for our food or whatever
Almost 2 hours and i havent gotten my order. I think a pizza hut would be better off replacing this.
Don't order from Domino's in Glen Cove, placed order, missing part of my order and it came cold, been on hold for an hour trying to get my item that I paid for, absolutely no answer, no way to run a business. Never again!!
I ordered pizza that was completely undercooked, I ordered brownies and they gave me charcoal! I threw everything out in the garbage. Everytime I call they hand the phone up! ?
This place was handled by one person only, they need to be less greedy and properly staff this location.
