Can you update your Website or actually close the time the Website says so people don't get disappointed??I came by this Carvel Saturday night and found it closed at 10pm when the Website says Open until 10:30pm.

Just went here and was served by a young brunette with a mighty attitude. Served me once before and made the worst milkshake I have ever ingested. Just ordered another one with hopes she would get it right with my directions to make it thicker. Once again handed me a milky watered down garbage milkshake. Over priced and served with an even worse attitude. So so rude would never recommend this place with this employee working.
The employees were very nice to me I really enjoyed my vanilla shake highly recommended!
You're breaking the rules for the all mighty dollar. Keep it up and you won't have a business anymore. It's bad enough that people without masks think they can get served. It's worse when the business allows it.
Yup, no other place like Carvel when its 22 degrees outside and you get the urge for MANGO flavored ice cream. LOVE IT!
Order from here all the time either on Uber eats or DoorDash... ordered a hot fudge sundae , basically got a medium vanilla with a dot of fudge ! I called the store and was told they won’t do anything, at least credit me for the sundae part that was missing!! This is no way to treat customers and the staff should be instructed by their supervisors of what true customer service should be, extremely disappointed at their response. I will frequent another carvel in the future!!
Great products. Love the cakes. But they were definitely not wearing gloves tonight. I didn't even notice until I saw someone else's review on it. You must wear a mask to enter. There are big bottles of sanitizer at the register. But yeah... the no gloves thing caught me off guard.
Carvel is my favorite ice cream. My parents used to take us every Sunday after church. Now, it's my kids' favorite ice cream too. However, I'll never go to this store, and I'll advise everyone I know not to go either. The owner of this location fired a manager for refusing to serve a customer who not only wasn't wearing a mask, as per state mandate, but was also openly coughing in the store. This manager was FIRED for trying to protect himself, other customers, and fellow employees. If I could give 0 stars I would as I feel like 1-star is too generous. Just imagine the other ways in which the owner is willing to jeopardize the health and safety of their customers. What other health and safety regulations are disregarded just so they can make a buck? Kudos to the manager for trying to keep everyone safe and speaking up, and shame on the owner!
I wouldn’t even allow my dog to get ice cream here in fear of catching COVID-19. They are not requiring customers to wear face masks which is super unprofessional and very dangerous. Save your time, money, and health and please go to another store... Ralph’s Italian Ices is much better anyway! :-)
