I'll give it a five for absolute freshness, customer service a 2. Whilst we can't all be on our best behavior 100% of the time we can still try to be a little courteous and not so abrasive or pushy at the drive thru. Things happen... anyway the nuggets were the best I've had from any fast food chain including Wendy's in a long time. Kudos to Wendy's for making the food fresh. It's sad that I have to go through some other companies drive thru and ask if the food is fresh before ordering, because some of them like to serve cold or hard food.
Was rushed from the time I drive into the drive thru. I wasn't even near the speaker and the rude male voice, which sounded annoyed. Food was hot. However, never got a receipt because I paid with my card. Drinking my lemonade and picked it up and this what is in it, plastic. This Wendy's is horrible. If would have not used a straw, I could have choked in it.
Fast food that's delicious. Love their spicy chicken sandwich.
I ordered a set meal, and when I got the fries, there was a long hair in the fries. I called and told them that a woman had a very bad attitude when picking up the phone. Before I told me, I hung up the phone, and she had an extremely bad attitude. Difference

This location is super clean and modern. Big screen TVs and a really cool soda machine. The food was fresh, hot and fast.
There's really not much to say, it's Wendy's. It's a somewhat new building (redone a few years ago). Better than BK and the Arch's (cept for the fries -and MRib if you can find it). Their chicken sandwiches.. Well I have a YT channel all about those and let's say Wendy's is not a finalist. BUT their burgers are okay.
We ordered food here yesterday. The place is clean and covid protocols were followed. The lines were pretty long, and the service was good. There is ample seating available to sit and eat. We didn't have to wait on line, we ordered from the machine inside, so it made the process easier and faster to get food.
Decent prices for something quick to eat . Got some healthy different food
Was glad there was a long drive thru line when I was in a short line inside. Always felt the food here is better quality then the other fast food places. Plus had 15 feet space from the nearest person. Felt safe to eat inside.
